Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the founder and CEO of MyBasic. We are a direct-to-consumer, sustainable fashion brand providing highest quality basic clothes for children and adults. All of our products are made in the EU and we take special care of the work conditions in which our clothes are produced.

For what projects/services did your company hire The NERD Media, and what were your goals?

At the beginning of our journey we have partnered with several ad agencies (to run our ads and email marketing campaigns), but with a very poor outcome – they simply couldn’t understand our business and tried simple, off-the-shelf solutions.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After a lot of online research, I decided on The NERD Media due to their track record and positive reviews.

The NERD Media started with a complete re-design of our marketing funnel and afterwards focused on a review of our old Facebook and Google Ads campaigns. After that they set up our email marketing automation engine (Klaviyo). Afterwards they also tweaked our Google Analytics and GTM accounts and set up custom analytical dashboards using Data Studio and Big Query.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Our in-house team works directly with Adam (CEO) and Sebastian (PPC Specialist).

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our site traffic, ROAS, and other key metrics have all increased since they took over our account.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They're always available to answer any questions or discuss new ideas. They're communicative, transparent, and skilled. I have full confidence in their expertise and knowledge.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The NERD Media was the first agency to fully understand our business model. After that they knew exactly which tools to use and how to communicate with our customers.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would happily recommend working with Nerd Media to anyone willing to boost their online sales.

I’m the owner of a company that delivers personalized meal kit services.

What challenge were you trying to address with The NERD Media?

I wanted to promote my website within the scope of online advertisement.

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, we conducted several workshops with The NERD Media to deliver insight into how our company operates. Based on that, they developed a strategy, and we set an advertising budget. The team manages ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram, and they also help with email marketing. Additionally, they provide consulting services for our general marketing activities.

I work with Adam (Founder & E-Commerce Consultant), and his team works on our project behind the scenes. 

How did you come to work with The NERD Media?

I found them through a recommendation. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $10,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in April 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We've seen increased traffic, followers, and sales, and we're in the low season now, so we can't build all the benefits from The NERD Media's work yet. The team is great; they're very competent and focused on our relationship. They're also committed to the quality they promised to deliver. 

How did The NERD Media perform from a project management standpoint?

We've had no issues with communication or deadlines. They're available for me anytime, and we have weekly meetings to check the project's status. We use Trello and Jira for project management. As for communication, we use phone calls and Google Meet. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed with The NERD Media's professional attitude and hands-on management. The team is very present and outgoing.

No, there's nothing they need to improve.
