Our company was founded in 1995 in Sabac, Serbia. We are engaged in retail, wholesale and internet sales of spare parts for white goods, electrical materials, tools and equipment for cooling and lighting. 2014. we launched our own online shop. My position as manager includes responsibilities in both, online and offline part of our firm.

When we started an online shop, we knew that people would have to find our website first, in order to buy our products. Local, existing customers were buying from us already, but we needed to expand to the whole country because our potential buyers are everywhere we can send products by courier.

I got that we can get new customers on Google search and then I started to research about how to get on top of Google results. By researching that I found "Neparno 10" with their website and blog. They were on top for a lot of SEO related terms, so we arranged a meeting and agreed to start with work.

They started with optimising our website at the moment. We are adding new products and categories all the time so we get a lot of advice from Neparno 10 regarding that, to avoid some SEO mistakes we could make while adding new content. We have our own programmer and Neparno 10 is giving tips to him, too. When some change in Google happens, they consult us if we should add something else in our strategy.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Compared to the first year, we are getting about 800% more visits from Google now. For almost all product categories we are on the first page and for a lot of terms we are one of top 3 results. We also noticed that for new products we get on top a lot faster than before.

We communicate with Neparno 10 mostly by e-mail, which is very convenient for us. When something is urgent, we communicate by phone, too.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I noticed that they keep track of Google changes continuously. Lot of times advice is going before that changes. Sometimes when there is some bad movement in rankings they react fast and do the magic so positions get back. I get that SEO is a game where rules are changing all the time and we are very pleased Neparno 10 is tracking, and sometimes even predicting, the changes.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could make their coding team bigger so we don't need to hire other agencies or subcontractors to do the coding part.

I started produce smoking meat and fish devices since I noticed the need on market for small devices of that type. We developed several models so far selling them all over Eastern Europe.

Regarding web design, it was a word of mouth. We simple heard they are good. And then, when we understood we need SEO as well, we considered them but we also searched on Google for SEO services in Serbia. Neparno 10 owner was at top of the first page of Google with his SEO blog so there wasn't much to think about the decision.

We were just giving them rough idea about what we need to present, we gave text and images and they made whole website of ot. Regarding SEO we just gave ideas about what we think what people search for when looking for devices like ours.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Well, we had to raise producing for about 500% in one year, because of high demand. Now, after several years, we sell about 20 times more than that first year.

Neparno 10 have very creative team. And they give the ideas a lot. For example, when we gave them few key phrases we thought people search for and we want to rank for, after few weeks Neparno 10 team sent us several more key phrases they came up with because of research. And that was a big step in our sell, because we never thought that someone will type that phrases on Google.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They give more than we asked for, in lot of occasions. When they see some opportunity we can grow our business online, they give us advice. I see they are not just doing work to be paid for, but they think about helping us in making money too.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would like they enter in mobile app design, too. At the moment we are considering making some app for iOS and Android but Neparno 10 is not doing that yet.
