I am the People & Culture Supervisor at a fast-growing US-based CPA firm. We hire globally and provide top-level accounting, tax, and financial services.

Very friendly, professional, and helpful. NBS HR has a history with us and great references.

They are currently recruiting for 3 different open positions we have. We have weekly meetings for updates and they seem to really understand our expectations.

I am working with 2 different recruiters for 2 different departments.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

For one of the positions, we were able to close it almost immediately!

We have constant communication and weekly status meetings to ensure everyone is on the same page. This has been so helpful compared to other staffing agencies that I had to reach out for updates. They are solution-oriented and we are able to quickly solve anything that isn't working.

They take the time to understand what we are looking for and solve anything that is hindering the process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It is too early in the process to say. For now, all is well!
