I am President and CEO of Patete Kitchen and Bath Design Center. We are a kitchen and bathroom remodeling firm specializing in residential remodeling.

We use Nartak for placement of television advertising and counseling on marketing.

We wanted to improve our ad buying power and scheduling.

How did you select Nartak Media Group?

Through Eric Perelman's experience and expertise in the advertising industry we were able to better select when and where to run our TV advertising.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

They advised us in the production area and placed our television advertising. They did all of the negotiating with the television stations and delt with any preemption problems leaving us free to run our business without having to deal with the stations.

What was the team composition?

We have worked closely with Eric and he does all of the consulting with his team. His personal attention to our account has made it a pleasure to have our advertising handled and us not have to be as involved as we used to when we were placing the advertising ourselves.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since starting with Nartak we have seen an improvement in results from our television advertising and a reduction in our advertising cost.

We have great communication between Nartak and ourselves to make our experience with them a great experience.

I was really impressed by Nartak's ability to communicate with the television stations and the clout he has with them.

We are so happy with our experience with Nartak that I can't think of any way our relationship could be any better.

I am a Senior Account Executive with iHeartMedia, based in Pittsburgh, PA. I work with Nartak Media Group on behalf of their clients for advertising/branding/digital campaigns in Pittsburgh and their clients nation wide.

Nartak Media Group has expertise across a multitude of disciplines to help their clients achieve their marketing goals. The are precise and efficient and look to maximize client's budgets. They are strong negotiators to provide value added elements. Eric Perelman is an excellent leader and someone clients trust.

Nartak Media Group looks at all areas of media before selecting tactics. Our work together has covered various client categories, all with unique need. No one strategy fits all.

What was the team composition?

The whole Nartak Media Group team is involved, with certain team members taking the lead for each client, so as to insure that there is a specific go to person who knows everything about that client's project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

On average in the Media/Advertising world, there is a 30% churn in annual business. My experience with Nartak has shown a much lower turnover indicating that Nartak has achieved outcomes that meet or exceed client expectation. That kind of success results in a high percent of annual renewals.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Nartak is highly responsive and accessible. They set reasonable timelines and communicate what is needed. There are effective systems in place to insure accurate ordering and billing.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Nartak Media Group is incredible company. Not only do they value their clients, they value their employees and vendors, which makes everyone work to provide the best possible outcome.They are always willing to learn new technology, new products, and new ways to do things better for their clients.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There are always ways to do things differently, but overall areas that are measurable clients have very long and successful relationships with Nartak.

Our clients are consistently satisfied with the media results and strategy. We are consistently pleased with the collaboration and relationship.

The ability to balance constant communication with concise requests, while still managing the massive numbers of deadlines is impressive.
