From the beginning, they took the time to understand not just what we wanted, but why we wanted it. It never felt like we were just another project on their schedule. They genuinely cared about how this change would impact our customers and our team. 

They handled everything from the integration of the crypto payment system into our online store to making sure it was easy for people to use, and even training our internal team on how to manage and support it.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

What impressed us most was how naturally the new system fit into our website. Nothing felt out of place. They matched the design, made the checkout process intuitive, and made sure our staff could confidently support customers using the new payment option.
What we saw after going live was almost instant. We started receiving orders from customers who had never bought from us before. Many even mentioned how excited they were to find a flower shop that accepted crypto. It opened up a completely new type of customer for us people who are forward-thinking and appreciate both technology and sustainability.
