Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Mythograph partnered with us across two projects - One was to develop a fresh tone of voice, working with existing values and EVPs in an organisation, providing a new take on their verbal personality. Through a series of interviews, workshops and tool creation, they provided a comprehensive guidelines document and training session for their team. 
They also supported on the mammoth task of rewriting the entire website in line with this new tone of voice. The next project was to refresh a non profit brand strategy, messaging and story - again, partnering with us through intakes, interviews and workshops. Whilst this is still ongoing, the change in positioning, clarity and injected confidence already seen with the team is evident!

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Taking the client from "Pain to Pride" (their words!) through the project, having a tangible, valuable tool for them to use and grow with and the website is up and live - plenty to see!

Yes! Timelines towards the end were changed unexpectedly and they turly stepped up to the challenge and delivered.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The thoughtfulness from Clea about what the client and their team really needed, and what was useful. They took the time to understand our needs to interpret where they were and where they were going super quickly. Grappling with a lot of text, verboise explanations and existing work is no mean feat and she did this doggedly to such a high standard - really amazed to see.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Mythograph could have done differently?

No, there was nothing they needed to improve on.
