The development consisted of changing the way chatting happens between 2 parties. We wanted to change that from a person-to-person chat to a person-to-demand-to-person chat. They worked on the chat pages. The deliverables was a working chat module as stated above

The project was delayed in delivery, however, they did put in effort to try and deliver the SOW as soon as possible. They were always ready to take the phone and coordinate with the developers whenever we needed them.

I feel when coordinating with the developers, a technical person might help as to give suggestions for the developers to implement. Coordination and communication between MND and the developer is very important and helps move the project faster and more precise. They should also be involved in testing as they will get the root cause for some of the problems the developers might face during development
