I’m the principal and co-founder of a digital marketing firm. We’re based in Center City, Philadelphia, but we work all over the U.S.

What challenge were you trying to address with MyNEWPhilly?

They’re an outsourced video production agency, where we rely on them for video and audio collection.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Kyree (Founder, MyNEWPhilly) has helped us produce event videos, music videos, and promotional videos. We provide them with a shot list of what we want them to capture, and they send a team of 2–3 people to collect raw footage. Then, they provide us with that B-roll. While they’re a full-service video production house, we typically handle the editing half.

What is the team composition?

We work with upwards of ten people at any given time. There are different specialists and directors on Kyree’s team.

How did you come to work with MyNEWPhilly?

We initially linked up through the event community. We were producing a lot of events at the time, and Kyree was a well-known figure in the event industry. We started partnering with his team, and it quickly became clear to us how good they were at their work.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent roughly $25,000–$30,000 over a course of 25–30 mini-projects.

What is the status of this engagement?

We first engaged them in 2014, and it’s an ongoing partnership.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Kyree’s team is skilled, professional, and efficient. They’ve allowed us to offer amazing content and even to pitch work to clients.

How did MyNEWPhilly perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re extremely quick — sometimes, we’ll call them on 24-hours’ notice and they’ll show up to make it happen. They’ll always deliver, no matter what.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’d highlight their efficiency. They have a lot of grit. They embody Philly in the way that they just get it done, every time.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Tell them exactly what’s needed, because Kyree always follows through.
