What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

On-going revisions on the website. It kept getting closer to my vision from the feedback I provided and they implemented everything required quickly, and correctly.

For the SEO efforts, it's early to tell as it's an on-going process but they've demonstrated a high level of competency and passion about everything in their field so I believe they'll boost us up in no time

Communication was perfect. I was assigned a dedicated project manager who addressed all requests prompty and intelligently. They made it clear that it's my website at the end of the day and to mention any pixel that I do not like the look of. I believe that it's this mentality that has lead to a website that I'm genuinely proud to own.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their turnaround speed and value. Especially for revisions. After requesting a change, they'd ask me to review it within hours (sometimes minutes, depending on the change size) of the request. Their team was super commited to ensuring it was a product that met my expectations. Their passion for building websites they're proud of really shines through. At a really affordable price too - they were a joy to work with

Are there any areas for improvement or something MyLite could have done differently?

I couldn't be happier with their service. They walked us through everything required on a website such as cookies and if we even need them, legal stuff like privacy policy (which they wrote for us), terms and conditions, etc.

This includes competitor analysis, user experience design, conversion-focused content creation, technical SEO optimisation, and website analytics integration. The final product was be a lead-generating machine that showcased our expertise and is driving business growth

By building a website optimised for lead generation, we achieved a significant increase in our conversion rate per thousand visitors. This translated to attracting higher-paying clients who align well with our brand. The final product has been a website that not only generates leads but also reflects our brand identity, something the entire team can be proud to show off.

MyLite used a data-driven approach to build our website. Which aligns perfectly with our focus on measurable results. They delivered the site slightly ahead of schedule. Communication was excellent, they were quick to respond to any concerns we had and addressed them promptly. They embraced feedback, readily incorporating any of our useful input. While the project offered two revisions, which provides some peace of mind, we found the final product to be of such high quality that we didn't need to use any.
