What was the scope of their involvement?

The team helped us improve our route-to-market efficiency, identify high-performing regions, outlets, and SKUs, reduce stockouts and overstocking, and forecast demand. They also built predictive models for milk and product demand to align production planning with real consumption patterns. Finally, they worked on data infrastructure and BI transformation, cleaning, integrating, and centralizing data sources, and implementing tools like Power BI, Tableau, or custom analytics platforms. In terms of deliverables, MyData Insights Pvt Ltd provided us with a data inventory document, a data quality assessment report, a data integration plan, clean unified datasets, data pipelines and ETL workflows, a data dictionary and schema documentation, executive dashboards, sales performance dashboards, inventory and supply chain dashboards, and BI tool deployment. Moreover, the team built from scratch a unified data model and data warehouse, data pipelines, and advanced analytics models. They also created executive-level dashboards. As for improvements, they enhanced our sales reports, which were static Excel reports from distributors, into automated, standardized, and visual dashboards. They also improved our inventory and supply chain tracking, which was ERP-based tracking with limited visibility, into better analytics, alerts, and cross-location insights. Finally, MyData Insights Pvt Ltd improved our planning and forecasting inputs, which were manual or judgment-based planning, into model-driven forecasts integrated into our planning.
