Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder of a pharmacy automation company. We create software robots that help pharmacists. When an electronic prescription comes in, our robot automatically fills it in. After that, the robot selects the patient, prescriber, drugs, quantity, and day supply. It then calculates the day supply and transfers it to the insurance. If the insurance pays, the robot can print the label or put it on hold.

We hired MXICODERS: Blockchain Development Company to convert our idea into a program.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

MXICODERS: Blockchain Development Company developed our software robot from scratch. We initially provided some documentation, but they worked on the development on their own. The robot does a one-click job, and the code is behind it. The key technologies the team used were Python and Meta Llama for machine learning. They also offered support and maintenance services.

What is the team composition?

We had 4–5 people on our team, including a senior developer and a team leader.

How did you come to work with MXICODERS: Blockchain Development Company?

We found them through Clutch and contacted them. We did a couple of interviews and decided to move forward with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent more than $25,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from October 2023–June 2025. The first phase of this project was completed, but we will require maintenance, as any software product does.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

MXICODERS: Blockchain Development Company's team leader understood the business part and converted it into the robotics part. Overall, I was satisfied with the results.

How did MXICODERS: Blockchain Development Company perform from a project management standpoint?

The communication was reliable and efficient. We provided all the systems, like VPN services, from our end. They usually did everything in-house. Since it was machine learning, they had to develop the AI and put the words into the Llama world. They put the solution for the Llama, and we purchased some additional things. We also used Jira for project management. We communicated via email, Zoom, Google Meet, and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They had good people who understood the project. They finished the work we needed, and the price was reasonable. Moreover, they came up with different solutions for the problems. If I put a solution, they also had a different solution, which was a good point.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They delayed my project a little bit. The timelines we decided on weren’t met. However, it was reasonable because of the research work. They needed more time to do the research, and I understood that part.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They’re knowledgeable, and their rates are reasonable. However, they didn’t meet the deadline. That was my concern, but they explained why it was delayed, and I agreed with that part.

We had a project manager and I dealt with two member from the dev team. I also spoke to the ceo on a few occasion.

Once we launched our website we had great reviews from our customers who used the platform.

We had a great communication through email. When necessary we would communicate on virtual meeting platforms. We also would create videos and share those on a link to describe issues or for the dev team to show us how the various pages or tools worked

Their communication and great knowledge on what they were doing, I also enjoyed the input they gave to overcome challenges.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really, we had a great communication and this resolved any issues if there were any.
