• Our main goal was to create a modern, user-friendly Shopify website for Romantic Boutique Hotel & SPA while keeping Cloudbeds as our existing reservation system.
• We also wanted to improve how we present and sell our rooms, SPA, restaurant, conference services, and gift vouchers online.

Munet Solutions designed and developed a new Shopify website for Romantic Boutique Hotel & SPA while keeping Cloudbeds as the existing reservation system. The scope included the website structure, visual design, navigation, mobile optimization, and content presentation. Key deliverables included the homepage, room pages with direct links to the relevant Cloudbeds booking options, and dedicated pages for the hotel, restaurant, SPA and wellness services, conferences, and other facilities. They also implemented gift voucher and sales features, basic SEO, meta information, URL structure, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console. After launch, they continued to provide technical support, Shopify assistance, and website updates.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project resulted in a fully functional, modern website with an improved mobile experience and a clearer customer journey from exploring our services to completing a reservation through Cloudbeds. Our rooms, SPA, restaurant, conference services, and gift vouchers are now presented more clearly and professionally. The implementation of Google Analytics and Google Search Console also gave us better tools to monitor website performance and customer behavior.

Their project management was well organized and communication was clear throughout the process. They delivered the agreed items on time and kept us informed about the progress. They were responsive to our questions, flexible when changes were needed, and continued to support us after the website launch.

What impressed us most was their ability to work independently while fully understanding and adapting to our needs. They combined technical knowledge with flexibility, attention to detail, and practical solutions. We also appreciated that their support continued after the website was launched.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Munet Solutions could have done differently?

There were no major issues during the project. If anything, more proactive recommendations on future website improvements and digital marketing opportunities would be valuable. Overall, we were very satisfied with the collaboration and the final result.

"Munet Solutions" created a complete Shopify website and online store, from the technical setup to the final launch. The work included the entire website structure, the homepage and internal pages, the overall visual direction, design, colours, layout, and mobile view.
They also prepared the product structure and presentation, product variants and information, collections, navigation, menus, and footer. The presentation of text and visual content was managed, adjustments were made throughout the project, and the overall website perfomance was optimised.
In addition to the design and content, they prepared the SEO foundations, meta information for products and collections, URL structure, payment and shipping settings, completed testing, and prepared the store for launch.

The brand's sales and attention it receives have grown. It is now more convenient to present the products and introduce the brand.
