We cooperated on designing and implementing a marketing analytics setup across multiple products. During the project, MTA helped define the structure of GA4 properties and ensure accurate tracking across cross-domain user journeys between marketing websites, signup flows, and web applications. They also prepared event-tracking guidelines and connected GA4 properties to other data processing tools to enable further analysis. Beyond the initial setup, they provided ongoing analytics consulting and supported our teams with dashboards and reporting.

The main outcome was a ready-to-use marketing analytics setup for our products. It allows our teams to rely on consistent data when making decisions about content creation, CRO, SEO, and acquisition strategies.

They were tasked with coding our new website from scratch, based on the designs we provided. They also helped us with Search Engine Optimization and in expanding our client base to different countries by introducing multicurrency and different language versions of the website.

Our sales grew significantly after the new version of our store was published. We also noted a severe improvement in the website traffic numbers due to the Search Engine Optimization that was introduced. Importantly, they also helped us open our store to new international visitors by adding new language versions of the site and by including additional currencies.

They are very down-to-earth in their declarations and tend to underpromise and overdeliver. Their speed of work is good, and we were able to meet all of the milestones we discussed with them both in terms of deadlines, budget, and expected quality. I severely enjoy how communicative, responsive and goal-oriented their team is.

They supported us from website conception all the way to the final delivery. They prepared desktop and mobile designs in line with UX best practices and our brand guidelines. Then they coded a fully functional and responsive website with full editability via WordPress CMS, while also migrating and thoughtfully adjusting bits of the SEO setup. Finally, they assisted in the deployment into our production environment.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The redesigned website received more traffic then the previous one, and we did not lose anything worth of note during the migration process. The new site’s layouts are significantly improved, and we have also received universal praise from our partners and core audience following the launch.

We were appointed two project managers who worked seamlessly together and stayed on top of things throughout the project lifecycle. First, we worked on creating offers tailored to our clients. At this stage, MTA Digital has prepared a transparent offer with recommendations, KPIs and tactics at the initial stage of conducting a PPC campaign. Work on the implementation of arrangements for our clients was reported on an ongoing basis and the data was analyzed. Based on the conclusions, the campaigns were optimized to achieve satisfactory results. During the cooperation, we receive clear guidelines as to technical requirements (for example regarding content) and information on what results we can expect. We operate on tools such as Asana, Notion and Slack.

The results of the campaign are clearly presented in regular meetings. During the meetings, in addition to the results, we receive recommendations for further actions. We also discuss tactics for subsequent campaigns and how we can optimize campaigns.

We had weekly meetings to discuss ongoing projects and the tactical and process approach. We also had regular meetings to discussed the campaign results and indicated areas for optimization.
