BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the co-founder of The Evoke Group and function as the CEO of the organization. I manage the entirety of our digital marketing services.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mozzi Digital, and what were your goals?

We hired Mozzi Digital for SEO Technical support as well as consulting to update our software systems, processes, and reporting procedures for client retention.

How did you select Mozzi Digital and what were the deciding factors?

Andrew is highly skilled in Technical SEO and has many examples of performance he has driven. Andrew puts together detailed content strategy plans that drive verified traffic and we were able to regularly bring our clients better results month over month.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.

The key deliverables were updating our reporting systems to Google Data Studio while managing roughly 10 SEO client accounts. Additionally, Andrew provided training for our SEO and PPC team and managed multiple technical projects as well as site launches to maintain our SEO positioning or take care of major issues on our clients' sites.

Andrew Mazzonna was the only contractor.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Roughly all of the performance of our accounts improved by 25% on average after the time period of working with Andrew.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We held regular weekly meetings to update our strategy and goals for completed work. Andrew independently scheduled training sessions with team members as well as scheduled regular training sessions with planned topics. Andrew was very timely in responses across email communication, our company slack channels, and in meetings as necessary.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

andrew has a deep knowledge base of SEO best practices and really was open to thinking outside of the box and creatively to give our clients an edge over their competition. In many cases, we identified opportunities for keywords not targeted by competitors and were able to drive very valuable traffic results for our clients. They were very easy to work with and consistent in the workflow.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The best area for improvement would be being more open to client driven restrictions associated with the accounts. Andrew often would come up with strategies that were the best route to take but not a direction the client was willing to take. This creates trouble form the account management perspective but as long as the justification is given, most clients will change their minds and opt for the better strategy.
