We had a product demonstration/informative video from the early 2000's. My goal was to keep the main core and idea of the video the same but to make it more current and also make it more applicable to the US Market, as we sell this product all over the world. 

I had certain aspects that I wanted to keep the same as well as certain aspects where I wanted Nik to use his expertise to make the best video possible. He did a great job in both areas. The areas that I wanted to keep the same, he was even able to improve them and exceed my expectations, The areas where I needed his area of expertise, he again exceeded my expectations and created a product that I am extremely proud to sent to potential customers.

I think the best example of success of the project is that when I showed the owners of the company the final version of the two videos, they were extremely impressed and that is not something is easy to do with this group. They immediately wanted access to the videos they could start to put them on their website, Youtube page, LinkedIn, Social Media platforms, etc. 

I could just tell by their attitudes that it exceeded their expectations. They were not involved in the day to day work we did to create the video so after watching them for the first time, I was proud of what we had created.

I was extremely impressed by their management of the project. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they would do it, and it did not require me to manage any aspect of the their areas. They were extremely responsive to my comments and change requests. 

I cannot say enough how impressed I was with the speed, quality and communication with which they put together the project. Having no experience in this arena, I was unsure what to expect but I was extremely surprised in a positive way.

I hired Nik and his team to shoot a series of customer testimonial videos for our company and they did a phenomenal job! We shot 1 on 1 interviews, and b-roll including some cinematic drone video. 

The day of the shoot was very challenging due to unknown building construction on-site and we could not use our shoot location, but we quickly built a "plan b" and accomplished the assignment. Nik is also very easy to work with and we will collaborate on more projects.

Very professional high-grade quality video footage (interview, b-roll, drone footage), Nik/owner is very easy to work with, creative, very collaborative, very professional. He+team were punctually and arrived early on the day of the shoot, and we were under a time crunch to access the site for video shots, and under pressure due to noisy construction but built a "plan b" and got the project done.

I'm the artistic director for a pre-college theatre summer program. SUTE is designed to help high school students who are about to embark on the college audition process to receive their BFA in acting or musical theatre. We bring the top faculty from around the US to teach master classes and help students prepare for their upcoming auditions.

We hired Motion to create our promo video, which we use for marketing and recruiting purposes.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for production companies in our area that had flexible dates during our two week summer program. We were also looking for the same production company to do both the filming and the editing for our project.

We wanted a 5 minute video including footage from classes, as well as interviews from select faculty and students. We had Motion film for four days - 2 full days and 2 half days. Footage included aerial shots as well as moving cameras and fixed cameras.

We went through our selections with Motion to make sure we had the selections that were vital to our promo video. Motion did two versions of editing for us.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with Nik from Motion. He was extremely professional and very easy to communicate with. Nik was always on time and was respectful of staying out of the way while the faculty and students were working, while still getting the shots we asked for. Nik was so easy to work with and gave us great flexibility!

We have had our promo video up on YouTube for two weeks and are at almost 300 views! The students and faculty who were part of the video have watched it and we have gotten wonderful feedback from everyone. It fully encompassed our program.

We laid out the dates Nik was to come shoot for us a couple weeks prior to our first shoot date and we had a few phone conversations about what we were looking for. We were also in constant contact throughout the editing process via email and phone.

We truly loved Motion's enthusiasm and ability to work around our tight and hectic schedule. We had another production company do our promo video in 2019, that we loved, and we showed it to Nik. He was not only able to provide a similar video, that was similar to we were looking for, but he made it his own and even better than we could have hoped for!

We were thrilled with the entire process.

We began using Nik and Motion at our retail store location. His videography skills are top-notch. He shot the background video for our website and we were so thrilled with the results we began using him for reels for our Instagram account. A year later we started an online E-scooter business Valiex.com and once again we used Nik for all our website videos and pictures. Not yet, as we have not published it but with the professionalism and information that these educational videos reflect, we expect to generate more investors and higher conversion rates as this will allow people to get to know more about how investing and our company works.

Our approach was quite simple, we used Word Document to draft up our script and proofread it at least 3 times to make sure we are sharing important and usable information.

Motion was super cooperative and patient with us which we did not get from our first impression with other companies.
