Mass interviewing project. We need support in the process of hiring a technical support team and we asked the MoreThan team to help us to interview and evaluate candidates.

We’ve asked our partners to recommend a provider who can manage this mass-interviewing project and got recommendations about MoreThan. We’re absolutely satisfied with this recommendation.

We have to regularly hire lots of people for technical support positions. Every week we have up to 200 new candidates, and we need to interview and evaluate these candidates in the same week. So, we ask the MoreThan team to support us in interviewing and evaluating processes to manage all these candidates fast.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

Due to the number of candidates in the period under our project, there are one or two recruiters and manager who set the process and communicate with us.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the service?

We are still working on this project. All the feedback about candidates we’ve got in time and fully. When we need to change something in the interviewing process - MoreThan team does it on the same day. They usually ask us about important details and proactively suggest how to improve the process.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Everything is working really well. We have fast communication, and all the answers are given immediately. If we need to discuss any issues about a project - we don’t need to wait until the next sync call, we can discuss everything in chat.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They start this project really fast and set all the needed processes. Our communication with the team is very effective and fast. All the processes are absolutely clear: each week we’ve got reports from the MoreThan team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At the moment, I’m satisfied with all the processes and results from the MoreThan team.

We were asking the MoreThan team to help us with closing developers vacancies in our company. We had a lack of time, we need in a short period close 4 vacancies.

We selected MoreThan for this project because of good reviews about their results and detailed roadmap they gave us in the beginning of our work.

We need 4 developers: 2 backend and 2 frontend to join our new project. We have to run a new project asap, and these developers had to play key roles in this project. We asking MoreThan about hiring these specialists and estimates and market analysis, we’ve got from MoreThan team make us sure that we can hire this people at time.

Under our vacancies worked 2 recruiters, all the time we had communicated with them. Also we had communication with COO, Sofia- as a lead of this project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We’ve hired 2 developers in the first 4 weeks, and 2 - during the next month. On each stage of recruiting we’ve got reports from the MoreThan team and all details about the process.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was absolutely clear. When we had any questions about candidates or process - recruiters was always in touch with us and give us all details.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

First of all - it’s communication. Everything was absolutely clear and their team was polite. We always got all the information we needed. And, of course, it’s results - we start new project at time because of new employees.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In my experience - everything was really good. I had previous experience with other agencies and I understand that service providing by MoreThan in recruiting field - really good.

I`m People Operations Director at SocialTech – multi-product IT company where we recreated the venture capital world.

We’ve been working with the MoreThan team on a few projects: most of them are consulting- and research-based. The main directions of these projects were employer branding and global HR processes.

How did you select this vendor?

We selected MoreThan for this project because of their specific experience in the fields of employer branding, and market research, and their deep expertise in building HR processes.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

One of cases we need to do - a competitive analysis of all product IT companies in Ukraine in case of employer branding activities. As a result of this project, we got detailed research and recommendations on how to improve our employer branding strategy to separate from competitors. Also, the MoreThan team makes for our company salary surveys, and a few researches on HR and recruiting topics.

What was the team composition?

Basically, we communicate and discuss projects with Olga and Sofia, who are co-founders at MoreThan. But also I know that their research was involved in our projects.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All the projects we hired the MoreThan team for were completed fully and on time. We had excellent communication during the process and got all the updates.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The entire process was clear and detailed. Before we started the project, we discussed all the stages of work and formats of reports. So we got all of this on time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Expertise and clear processes. When you work with consulting vendors, sometimes you are not sure about the results you will get in the end. Because of the MoreThan team’s experience, we’ve got precisely what we expect from these projects.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

All companies always have areas for improvement. But knowing MoreThan team, I’m sure that they know all their weaknesses and working a lot to make better service for the companies they work with.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

We selected this firm based on a recommendation from one of our employees. Sofia also came across as sincere and knowledgeable during our interactions.

We had 3 open IT positions that we asked MoreThan to fill. It was a challenging market environment, with a limited supply of IT talent and very strong demand from competing firms. MoreThan handled all aspects of recruiting. Including a selection of potential candidates, HR interviews, background checks, meeting arrangements, and offer details.

We interacted directly with Sofia, who is a partner/owner at MoreThan. However, I believe that there were other MorThan employees involved behind the scenes on various aspects of the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

MoreThan successfully filled all open positions we had. They have also replaced one of the candidates that had not passed the probation period. We are very happy with their work.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Sofia is very responsive in communications. We were always provided with needed information, and overall, the process was smooth.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Diligence. While we had worked with several recruiting companies before, MoreThan is the one that was the most diligent and committed to the project's success. They stayed focused and on top of the project until our aims were achieved. I am happy to recommend this company to others.
