• Completely design the Doing to Done website and establish our brand positioning.

• Our partnership with Monkedia goes back to the very beginning. In 2022, they helped us launch the Doing to Done brand from zero — designing and building our original website and establishing the digital foundation the entire business grew on.
• Since then, the relationship has evolved into an ongoing collaboration. Through years of conversations and shared learnings, Monkedia has helped us grow the brand incrementally — and in 2025 and 2026, they've been our partner in a major expansion of our brand, products, and services.
• The current scope reflects that evolution across three areas: Web Design: A natural, incremental update to our website — refreshing our branding, positioning, and messaging based on everything we've learned together since launch, and supporting the rollout of new products.
• Digital Strategy: Ongoing strategic partnership on positioning, messaging architecture, and funnel design as the business has grown from a single brand launch into an expanding line of products and services.
• Conversion Optimization: Paid ad creative development and testing that significantly outperformed our in-house work, informing a webinar-to-sale funnel built to convert cold audiences into customers.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Quantitative:

• Launched the Doing to Done brand and website from zero in 2022, growing it into a business spanning products, coaching, corporate training, and books
• Monkedia's ad creative outperformed our in-house creative 6 to 1, fundamentally changing how we approach paid media 
• Expanded from a single product line to four collections (2025–2026) with the digital foundation to support them

Qualitative:

• The brand has a clear, consistent identity across the website, ads, and content — everything finally sounds and looks like us 
• We shifted from a one-time launch to a repeatable go-to-market system: messaging architecture, funnel strategy, and creative that build on each other
• Four years of partnership. The strongest measure of success is that every phase of growth, we chose to grow it with Monkedia

Monkedia's project management has been steady and reliable across four years of working together. They deliver on time, communicate proactively, and keep projects moving without me having to chase anything. What I appreciate most is how they respond to needs: when priorities shift or new ideas come up in our conversations, they adapt quickly and come back with thoughtful solutions rather than just executing orders. Working with Lindsey, Gil, Avery, Simba, and the team feels like an extension of my own company.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Three things set Monkedia apart for me:

• First, their deep expertise in my specific market — books and thought leadership. That's a niche most agencies don't understand, and Monkedia does. I never have to explain how this world works; they bring insight to it.
• Second, the way they produce information. Their reporting doesn't just tell me what happened; it helps me actually understand my business, and it fuels very discerning discussions about where we can improve. I make better decisions because of how they present the data.
• Third, their disciplined approach to growth: they run small tests to see what works over time, then double down on what's working. No big risky bets, no guesswork — just steady, evidence-based momentum.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Monkedia could have done differently?

If I had to name one thing, it's less about Monkedia and more about us as a pair: early on, we could have been even more aggressive about defining what success looked like for each test before we ran it. As our collaboration matured, that discipline became a strength. I'd tell any new client to establish those success metrics with them from day one, because Monkedia is at their best when you give them a clear target.

Monkedia has been an incredible partner in building our business from the ground up. Our brand truly wouldn’t be where it is today without them.
