Mokaa Consulting addressed our content marketing, web development, and IT needs.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

So far, we had three contracts with them. Mokaa Consulting developed and designed a website for us as their first project. After that, they did a brochure followed by an entire package for all the publications.

Other collaterals that they also developed were banners, policies, and regulations. Lastly, for their biggest contract, it was the IT development of our platform. They utilized WordPress and made the site user-friendly.

I worked with three people from Mokaa Consulting including the co-founder.

Mokaa Consulting was referred by a trusted friend.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $8,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our partnership is ongoing, we started working together in June 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I don’t have specific metrics and it’s not measurable, but we liked the design and the result of the whole website. The website showcases a lot of information and pictures. It is nice working with Mokaa Consulting. They’re fun to work with, like working with friends.

How did Mokaa Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?

It took a bit long but for the design, it was alright to wait. They were quick to deliver. We communicate with Mokaa Consulting through text and calls, and the account manager is the main point of contact.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Mokaa Consulting understood us quickly and can execute our ideas well. I didn’t have to spend a lot of time revising changes because they captured what I wanted the first time.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I didn’t encounter any problems. It would have been better if they could give more consulting from the beginning. They have more expertise in their field and if they could provide more information from the beginning, it’d be helpful during the course of the implementation.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They were good at consulting.

Nuffic Neso Vietnam - the Netherlands Education Support Office & Nuffic representative office (which is a Dutch organization for international cooperation in higher education) – was established under Circular No. 901 QĐ/BGD-ĐT on February 27, 2006, by the Vietnam Ministry of Education & Training. We are a non-profit organization funded by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture, and Science. My position in Nuffic Neso Vietnam is an Education Promotion Officer. I am in charge of: - managing the yearly digital marketing campaign with the goal of positioning Dutch higher education in Vietnam. - setting-up offline/virtual education fairs. - managing the Holland alumni community.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mokaa Consulting?

Projects:

• Generate visits to Neso Vietnam website & increase number of visitors about 10-15%
• Promote Education Fair: Dutch Placement Days: 2018 & 2019
• Promote Career Fair: Holland Career fair 2019

What were your goals for this project?

1. Dutch Placement Day - DPD is an annual education fair organized by Nuffic Neso Vietnam with the express purposes which are attracting more students to “Study in Holland” and providing Dutch institutions an opportunity to talk to the most prospective students in Vietnam.  
2. Nuffic Neso Vietnam and the Dutch Business Association in Vietnam (DBAV) organized the first Holland Career Fair with the theme of “Connecting international minds” in Vietnam in August 2019. This event was designed to create a platform for the Netherlands - related employers and candidates while promoting the perfect harmony of Dutch distinctive and Vietnamese dedicated workplace cultures.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We were reached by at least four digital marketing agencies and vice versa. Among them, the team leader of Mokka has a great understanding of "Study in Holland" because she graduated from a Dutch university. Therefore, the Mokaa team can quickly catch the main concepts and propose the relevant strategies for each project. Besides, Mokaa was the most prepared and proactive agency at the beginning stage of the pitching process.

The scope of their work is mainly to provide online campaign strategies for the whole year and execute online campaign some of our education fairs. My role in the project is the project manager from Neso Vietnam.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Generally, I am happy with the result that Mokaa delivers for each event. They always reach KPI. And the leads for our events are targeted well.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Mokaa provides:

• weekly content update for the Facebook
• Monthly report for our only yearly campaign.
• at least one meeting at our office quarterly.

We mostly work via emails and Online excel sheet.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Mokaa is a great option for companies and organizations who serve a niche market.

So far, I am happy with their work.

I’m the marketing and communication manager for InVision Hospitality Vietnam.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mokaa Consulting?

We needed an agency that clearly understood the hospitality industry to help our digital marketing.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The team does our digital marketing and social media advertising. They work with Google Ads, display ads, and coding. Along with SEM, they manage our Facebook and Instagram accounts, creating content. They also assist with our website and other branding tasks.

What is the team composition?

I worked with the strategic director and an account manager. Sometimes, another manager came in to review with us.

How did you come to work with Mokaa Consulting?

We received pitches from three agencies, and we found that Mokaa Consulting had the most knowledge of the hospitality industry in Vietnam. After three rounds of reviews and discussions with my managers and director, they were chosen. Their team also understood the KPI and gave us the solution to follow up with that.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with Mokaa Consulting from November 2019–January 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They send us the results, and we look at our analytics. We’re satisfied with the results. The ROI is increasing and about 8.5.

Our Facebook Live went from 1,000 views to nearly 10,000 in two months. The quality of funds is very good. I hope to continue working with them on my next project.

How did Mokaa Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?

I’m satisfied with the project manager. We communicated mainly through email. If I didn’t understand something or needed more explanations, we would do in-person reviews.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their work stands out from other agencies.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There wasn’t a lot of activity with Instagram, so their team could work more with that.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Tell them what you expect, and they will use all of the resources that they have. Their experience is in a variety of fields, including hospitality, education, and real estate. Clients need to tell their team their needs and goals.
