The twenty-one service sites are conveniently located in East Baton Rouge, Livingston, Tangipahoa, and St. Helena Parishes.  As a private, non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization, Southeast Community Health Systems offers medical, dental, and behavioral health services, which include mental health counseling, substance abuse treatment, obstetrics and gynecology, and podiatry services.  Through health education, Southeast Community Health Systems work to empower patients to guide their own health care by working collaboratively with our providers. Southeast Community Health Systems partnered with Modiphy to redesign our website with the goal of improving usability, accessibility, and overall user experience. The project began with a discovery phase that included stakeholder interviews, analytics review, and content auditing, which informed the site’s structure and navigation. Modiphy developed wireframes and high-fidelity designs that aligned with our branding and ensured mobile responsiveness and ADA compliance.

Content was refined and optimized for clarity and engagement, and multimedia elements were integrated to enhance storytelling about our programs and services. The development phase delivered a fully functional, secure, and scalable website, with interactive features and seamless system integrations. Before launch, the site underwent thorough testing across devices and browsers, addressing all functionality and accessibility concerns.

The project concluded with a successful launch, staff training on content management, and a post-launch support plan to maintain the site’s performance. The redesigned website demonstrated clear progress and success across several key metrics. User engagement improved, with a measurable increase in average session duration and page views per visit. Mobile traffic and responsiveness saw significant gains, reflecting an improved experience across devices. Accessibility compliance was achieved, ensuring content is usable for all community members. Internal efficiency also improved, as staff were able to update content more quickly through streamlined content management tools. Finally, inquiries and online form submissions increased, reflecting better visibility and ease of access to SCHS programs and services.

Modiphy was hired to rebuild our 6 affiliate websites over the course of 6 months. We worked in phases, doing a few websites at a time and had periodic reviews with the members of each affiliate company to make sure the new websites met our expectations. We also hired them for ongoing website support that help us keep our sites updated after they went live.

Our previous websites were very slow, so we wanted our new sites to load properly. We wanted our new websites to have a better aesthetic/look with better navigation and better represent our different companies.

The deliverables were to:

• Completely redesign our existing website while remaining true to our brand and ensuring a seamless transition to the new site without major dips to our SEO (ensuring proper SEO practices were followed and carried over from the previous site).
• To review, consolidate, rework and migrate the content on our previous site to the new site built in Webflow. We also were looking for Modiphy to help us define our user journies through the site and make our numerous products types easier to find and more accessible to users.
• Meet with our core team to understand the existing Fleet Plummer brand and lead us on our discovery process of articulating our unique value. This included several brand strategy sessions with their Creative Director and several rounds of logo and tagline revisions until we a new logo and tagline were birthed.
• Launch digital marketing campaigns for us to drive new traffic to the site via paid ads
• Audit our existing website and SEO rankings, perform keyword research, develop a new SEO strategy and implement the strategy on our website, our Google Business Profile and other online avenues.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were told that the Modiphy team would meet with us for a Discovery Call to understand our company, our digital needs, the state of our current website and what we were looking for with the website revamp. Following this meeting, we were told that we would have another meeting to review the homepage and overall design of the site within 45 days. 
Modiphy delivered on this timeline and after approving the design direction, they were to complete the remaining pages on the site, transfer over metadata from the old site and launch the new site. We also were working on a new logo with their Creative Director and were promised a logo in multiple versions, files types and a brand guideline which were all delivered to us as well.

The Modiphy team did a great job communicating with us throughout the process. We got weekly updates directly from their team and were able to meet with them as needed to review. The services were delivered on time and met our expectations. Even after launching our site, their ongoing website support has been tremendously helpful and we’ve been wowed by their ticket response times.
