We developed mobile application with Mobilist. End users log in the application to see their alarm signals, invoices and admin properities.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We are working with Mobilist for long time. They are developing mobile apps for us for various purposes. Since we are happy with their support, we decided to continue to work with them.

We developed apps which are working on IOS and Android. We aim to simplify user experience with lean user interfaces on apps. We wanted users to reach different screens easily. In addition to this, user can resolve many issues and needs without calling the call center.

Our previous app's rating was below 3 stars. After the new app, our rating reachs 4.3 Stars since we implemented 5 months ago.

We organized weekly status meetings and used jira cloud to follow up open issues.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very customer centric and their top management follows up high critic issues directly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They need to improve their documentations which are related with customer.

Because of the pandemic we needed a Mobile app to reach our BPs and End Users. And we wanted to share our all campaigns, products and webinars for all Vendors in Tech Data portfolio. We wanted to work with Mobilist because of accomplishment of Mobile App.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We search Mobile App development companies in Turkey market. And Mobilist has good references and well technical capabilities. After their Demo&PoC presentation we decided to work with Mobilist.

Our Project was an iOS and Android mobile application with an administration website. This marketing application consists of user login, user registration to their interest topics within the portfolio of Techdata, reaching campaigns, webinars, and other related events. The administration site controls user registration and push notifications with basic reporting. Flutter is used for iOS and Android mobile application development. Application is running on AWS Serverless Backend. Node.js and Angular are used for the admin panel.

Mainly 5 people have worked with us as Project Manager, Flutter Developer, AWS Developer, Web Developer, and Tester

After we starting the App in prod;

• We reached more than 100 BPs directly from Mobile App
• Our webinar's participation rate increase approx. +%30 (we are getting better results from traditional email marketing)
• More interactions for product campaign in Tech Data portfolio

Scrum/Agile project management was done at this project. Jira is used as the project management tool and Slack is used as the team communication tool.

Mobilist is; -open to communicate, good relationships, quick response -have powerful technical resources and fully dedicated to project

We are fully satisfied, nothing to add.

We have long history with Mobilist over 10 years. They are by far the most dedicated company in the Turkish borders.

Scope of work was to create a educational app and website for students studying between K-4 levels. All the tech steps were taken by Mobilist with respecting the deadlines.
