I’m the CTO of an energy company that sells gas to numerous industries.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mobile2you Technology?

We needed to build an app that would enable us to sell gas to our residential customers.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed the app from scratch, making it for both Android and iOS. It was the first time we’d ever made an app like this, and it was a pilot test to determine if Mobile2you Technology would be a good partner for other development projects. The app enables customers to receive their gas, and Mobile2you Technology deals with any issues or maintenance concerns.

We work with a team of 5–6 people.

We found them online. We interviewed 10 companies in total, and Mobile2you Technology had the best presentation, so we hired them.

We’ve spent between 100,000–250,000 real (approximately $26,000–$66,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We partnered in November 2018, and the work is ongoing.

We’ve increased our buy in places that we’d never serviced before.

How did Mobile2you Technology perform from a project management standpoint?

They meet our schedule, and every interaction is with the same person. We’ve had no budget or time concerns, and the projects have gone well so far.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re engaged in our work and treat our business like their own. Everything they do is best for our company, including correcting our work if it’s wrong. We’d had two previous failed engagement with other agencies before this, but now we’re successful because of Mobile2you Technology.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. Our partnership is good.
