Mkondo was tasked with TikTok influencer/UGC content creation as well as optimization of TikTok ads and deliverables. They provided all content and strategy analysis to ensure the campaigns performed as best as they could.

They are very responsive and clear in explaining their deliverables, process, files. We set up a slack where we can coordinate easily, and they provided a shared file which they walked us through so everything is clear. They delivered their tasks on time and would send video updates from time to time.
