Marko and his team work in GMT+1/GMT+2 timezone. He is usually available whole day until the evening, although when the priority is high and time is scarce he can extend the workhours. Communication goes over the Marko and he forwards the information and goals to his team. Myself and other colleagues didn't have problem aligning the schedule with the Marko; at first we had 2 one-hour meetings a week, but as the project became more complex we agreed to have every-day short meetings, something akin to the SCRUM.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

To be honest, Marko's attention to detail was impressive. He and his team are not afraid to take the hard-tasks. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something mk8 Services | Obrt mkn8rn, vl. Marko Kopričanec could have done differently?

I would say not much. One thing that personally rubbed salt in the wound a bit, is that he would comment the flaws of the existing systems and codebase; but afterall I'm glad that he did as we refactored couple of problems on that front.
