 I’m the CEO of a company that helps job seekers secure offers faster by applying to jobs daily on their behalf, improving their CV and LinkedIn profiles, and providing coaching and mentoring to boost hiring chances.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mitryco?

 We needed to create a system that automatically parses vacancies throughout the internet and automatically applies to them.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

 Mitryco has developed a parser, a client management system, a reporting system, and an automation system for applications. The parser collects data about clients, their search preferences, and connects with a few third parties to get data about vacancies for them and shows them to the client.

What is the team composition?

 We’ve worked with five teammates from Mitryco.

How did you come to work with Mitryco?

 I worked with Dmitry previously on different projects, and he performed very well. Now, he’s opened his company, and his team has done a brilliant job. I found Mitryco through a referral; I chose them because I knew the company and its CEO, and I knew they did great stuff.

How much have you invested with them?

 We’ve spent around $75,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

 We started working with Mitryco in September 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

 Mitryco has delivered a fully ready, working, and deployed system. The parser can parse and rank 2,000 vacancies daily, automatically fill 500 vacancies daily, and has 150 active daily users (DAU) in the first weeks.

How did Mitryco perform from a project management standpoint?

 The team wasn’t aware of the technologies that needed to be used and had to gain experience. However, they did it fast and brilliantly. The learning curve hasn’t delayed the project; Mitryco has delivered even faster than expected, so I’m happy. We communicate via calls, meetings, Slack, and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

 Mitryco delivers pure value and results, with no fluff. They’re very value-driven.
