I’m the CEO of FutureXAccelerator, an AI ecosystem company. We build AI ecosystems that put someone by every patient's side — clinically governed, physician-approved, and designed for trust.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mitryco?

We wanted two AI assistants — one for a public site and one for a member's site — that could answer member questions accurately without going off the rails, grounded only in content we approved. We also needed the whole thing to be HIPAA-compliant. The tricky part was finding someone who actually understood both healthcare compliance and modern AI tooling. Most people we spoke to were strong in one and weak in the other.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Mitryco has built the technical infrastructure and application layer for our AI platform, including the on-site chat widget, internal dashboard, integrations with our existing tools, compliance architecture, and automated deployment pipeline. The team has also engineered the system so the assistant retrieves from our approved knowledge base and hands off cleanly to support when needed.On the admin side, we can review conversations, monitor system performance, adjust routing and escalation flows, and generate audit logs as needed. I’ve brought the platform vision, knowledge strategy, conversational architecture, routing logic, and tone framework. Mitryco has collaborated on the technical system design and built the infrastructure that brought it to life.Additionally, the team has implemented an internal ticketing workflow and authored the HIPAA technical safeguards documentation, which has helped us move from scattered feedback in Slack and email to a much more structured operational process.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

A few measurable outcomes stand out. Members now receive immediate answers to questions that previously sat in a support queue. The AI assistant retrieves only from our approved knowledge base, which was a critical requirement given the sensitivity of our work.Internally, our team has moved QA, feedback, and change requests into the new system, so issues are tracked, reviewed, and resolved instead of getting lost in Slack or email. We also have compliance documentation, audit logs, and a clearer operational process in place. That has given us much more confidence when questions arise around HIPAA safeguards, escalation handling, and system governance.Although we’re still early in the adoption phase, early users have been highly satisfied, and we expect the impact on support volume and escalation patterns to become more measurable as adoption increases. We’re still early in formal measurement, so we don’t have full quantitative reporting yet. Still, the operational improvements have been clear. Response time for member questions has effectively moved from delayed, queue-based support to immediate, on-demand answers.

How did Mitryco perform from a project management standpoint?

Mitryco’s project management is excellent. Their estimates are honest, and they respect deadlines. Moreover, when something needs attention, they communicate proactively before I have to ask. The team is very responsive and easy to communicate with. They work around my schedule rather than the other way around.We primarily communicate through virtual meetings. Mitryco also brings strong technical opinions when it matters but doesn’t overcomplicate decisions when it doesn’t. That balance saves me a lot of time and makes them very effective partners.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impresses me most about Mitryco is their combination of excellent communication, genuine HIPAA expertise, and thoughtful product judgment. That combination can be rare when you’re trying to move an innovative idea into real technical execution.Mitryco treats compliance as part of the design, not a box to check at the end. It shows up in how the code is written, how logs are handled, and even how emails are composed. The team also thinks about the product, not just the task. I can ask for something small, and they often come back with the right version of it because they’ve thought through how I’m actually going to use it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not really. If I’m reaching, I’d say more written summaries of larger technical decisions would be helpful for my own future reference. Still, Mitryco has always been willing to walk me through things when I ask. When I requested documentation of the tech stack, they provided it thoughtfully and without hesitation.

 Mitryco has developed a parser, a client management system, a reporting system, and an automation system for applications. The parser collects data about clients, their search preferences, and connects with a few third parties to get data about vacancies for them and shows them to the client.

 Mitryco has delivered a fully ready, working, and deployed system. The parser can parse and rank 2,000 vacancies daily, automatically fill 500 vacancies daily, and has 150 active daily users (DAU) in the first weeks.

 The team wasn’t aware of the technologies that needed to be used and had to gain experience. However, they did it fast and brilliantly. The learning curve hasn’t delayed the project; Mitryco has delivered even faster than expected, so I’m happy. We communicate via calls, meetings, Slack, and emails.
