The main focus has been on building Dwelly’s presence in business, tech, and trade media by securing organic publications in relevant outlets (news, interviews, bylined features, etc). We worked closely with journalists to highlight Dwelly’s acquisition strategy, AI-driven platform, and market expansion. 
The team also played a key role in growing the founders’ personal brands through expert commentary and media appearances. Additionally, Mindset supported social media visibility and guided our communication strategy around funding, partnerships, and local market positioning.

Every week we have a status call where we discuss current tasks and adjust goals if necessary. We receive monthly and quarterly reports on time and see how well the agency's work system is organized. Our project has clear KPIs that are always met, and even exceeded.

I am not an expert in PR, but I can confidently say that the firm has exceptionally professional managers. Additionally, I have participated as a speaker in top events, including SuperReturn Secondaries Europe in London. What sets Mindset Consulting apart is its dedication to its clients' success. For example, I had never participated in podcasts before, and when the managers I work with pitched me for my first recording, I was unsure of what to expect. The team supported me on all stages, providing me with a deep dive training session and even advising what to wear.
