Overall, it’s been a big improvement for us.We’ve just started using the system recently, so we don’t have exact numbers to share. 
However, the workflow already feels smoother, and we can see that renewals and client handling will get much easier with time. The initial feedback is positive. Our team feels the dashboard is clean, reminders are helpful, and client management is faster than the old manual process. So early indicators show a good impact.
