Please describe your company and your position there.

My company SoCal Digital Marketing provides online marketing services such as SEO, PPC and social media advertising. I am the founder of the company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Miller Farm Media, and what were your goals?

I hired Miller Farm Media to create a company introduction video advertisement to help explain what I do to my clients and generate additional leads.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I selected the vendor based on a referral and conversation we had about obtaining the marketing goals in the video. I also reviewed the proposal which was well detailed and thorough.

We started with a meeting to identify what the goals of the video are and how to create a video script. After spending several weeks writing the script and making sure it was ideal we then selected a video production set and date. We also worked on confirming who would be acting in the video and what the props would be in the background. Once we shot the video, Miller Farm Media worked on the editing and final result with multiple alternative endings for different ad campaigns.

I worked with Jayson Duncan and the team at SoCal Digital Marketing. The feedback process was professional and well informed.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Yes, I posted the video on social media and created the initial advertisement campaign which received 4 leads and one scheduled phone call in the first week. I also received positive feedback from multiple colleagues and family members.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The project management was easy to coordinate and work with. We kept on schedule and were able to work within the expected timeline.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I think the most impressive benefit of working with this company is the expertise in video shooting and editing. The video came out very professional and artistic. I am already planning on purchasing another video production for a new marketing objective.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't think of an area for improvement or doing something differently. From the starting stages to the end result the process was smooth.
