This redesign included a responsive themed design and included an easy-to-use content management system and provided multiple features that made publishing blogs, content, video, and podcasts easy. Our goal when working with Millennium was to boost our online presence, refine SEO efforts, and conduct a complete website redesign.

After several meetings, we realized that they were effective listeners and were able to put our goals and objectives into action, which resulted in the final selection of the Millennium Agency team.

The process included a multi-phase process that began with a kick-off meeting, deliverable discussion, and setting the schedule to reach our goals. Next the work on the site map and design structure begins, and Millennium presented us with multiple options for their recommendations. From there they gathered our feedback, and developed a new, modern website design that incorporated more online features for the user. This phase included content drafting and prototyping, which involved launching and testing the home page and internal links.

The fourth phase of the process was development, where they finalized the website for our review. Millennium Agency provided extensive testing of the platform and mobile compatibility for the site, as well as testing all the links and forms. Millennium conducted a final review and took the time to field and answer all questions that we had.

The new modern website design for EPTAC was flexible and adaptable for our changing needs. We were able to integrate plug-ins to extend functionality and to add features that made the site more robust and powerful.

With the new website developed by Millennium Agency, the SEO and searchability was enhanced to rank EPTAC as the leading solder training and IPC certification company. The successful implementation of this new website propped us up to use Millennium for other successful marketing tactics, including content writing, social media, and creative digital ad design.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Millennium’s communication style with our team included ongoing email communication and scheduled milestone phone calls. The team was very responsive and attentive to our needs and scheduled bi-weekly or weekly update calls that addressed any deliverables present. This also provided an opportunity for their team to answer any questions we had as we went along.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were excellent listeners and took the time to really understand our needs. You have to understand that we provide certifications in the electronics manufacturing industry and that in and of itself is a very niche market. I was skeptical that a marketing firm would just not get who we are and the demographics we serve. They took the time to research our market, our competition, and the customers we served, so that they could better execute for us.

This showed me that they were in it for the long haul, building a relationship and being a team that supported our goals, and not just a one and done company. When your core marketing efforts are online, and you are executing and addressing challenges each and every day, you want a firm that you can depend on, one that has your back. That is Millennium.

I think that the area of improvement was mostly on our side. I should have handed tasks that they ultimately managed over to them earlier, rather than hold on to them and managed them myself, example: Google AdWords, SEO, etc...

Specifically, they developed a company overview data sheet and three separate data sheets for each of our Commercial applications. To start, I described exactly what I wanted out of these data sheets with attached examples and they immediately provided examples of work they have completed in the past - it was exactly what we were looking for. They then scheduled a call where they laid out exactly what they needed from our team to be successful and then also laid out a clear project timeline. Once we submitted all of the brand guidelines and content that they needed, they immediately began the design process. After each design cut, they would send the data sheets back for our review and promptly turn around with a new data sheet including our revised changes. This process repeated until the completed data sheet was exactly what we were looking for.

We are currently still working on finalizing the data sheets, but we are excited to have a professional, formalized set of assets that will be utilized greatly by our sales team.

They are extremely communicative and extremely prompt with all of their revisions. The design turn around time was very quick and they were immensely flexible in terms of the edits I gave them. They would complete as many cuts of the design as possible until it was exactly what I was looking for.
