1. Analytics: The general concept of the project was to establish a data collection to provide insights and understanding of customer behavior. To achieve these, the following things would need to be considered: 
   • Building data plan and data collection 
   • Understanding of customer behavior patterns and order habits 
   • Incorporate data collection and thoroughly test it on each environment 
   • Build data visualizations 
2. Data Warehouse The general idea of this project is to establish a robust infrastructure that would support data-driven decision-making and analytics within organization, considering all available and potentially new sources of data. The scope of this project encompasses several key aspects: 
   • Data Ingestion:The project aims to setup a data ingestion pipeline using Fivetran, which will continuously fetch data from various sources and load it into BigQuery. This includes data from databases, applications, APIs, and more. Additionally, we are planning to ingest all important historical data that was generated on the backend side previously. 
   • Data Transformation:Withdbtasatransformativelayer,theprojectwilldefineand execute data transformations to clean, structure, and enrich the raw data. This step is crucial for ensuring the data is accurate and ready for analysis. 
   • Data Warehousing: BigQuery is the central data warehouse where all the processed and transformed data is stored. It provides the scalability and performance needed to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
   • Data Exploration and Analysis: Looker Studio will create a user-friendly interface for data exploration. It allows data analysts and business users to query the data, create visualizations, and generate reports without writing complex SQL queries. 
   • Collaboration: The architecture also supports collaboration within the organization by enabling the sharing of meaningful reports and insights across different teams and departments. 
   • Scalability:The infrastructure is designed to be scalable, allowing for the addition of new data sources, more complex transformations, and increased user activity as the organization's data needs grow. 
   • Performance: High-performance tools like BigQuery ensure that data analysis can be done quickly, even with large datasets. Also, one of the goals is to reduce the load on the production database, which is currently used for Business Intelligence needs.
   • Data Governance: Policies and procedures will be established to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements. 
   • Monitoring and Maintenance: Ongoing monitoring and maintenance of the infrastructure will be implemented to ensure that data flows smoothly, and any issues are addressed promptly.

We know how a reliable data and growth infrastructure is ready, so we can make informed decisions and experiment confidently. We also have everything in place to elevate customer experience through personalization using our data infrastructure, machine learning algorithms, and AI.

Mighty Digital helped Rarible to democratize access to data and insights across the whole organization. Mighty designed and built a data collection and governance platform on Segment. Also, we've integrated Amplitude product analytics systems and created a system of business metrics according to the RARRA growth framework.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Slack was our main communication channel, with Mighty team promptly answering all the questions we had. Mighty perfectly met deadlines discussed at the start of the project & consulted us along the implementation process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Our team obtained access to high-quality product analytics with well-tested, documented, and intuitive data taxonomy, which allowed us to severely speed up time to insights, run more experiments, and reduce the load of the data team, which built all the reporting previously. It's a wonderful mix of using best practice patterns and individual touches to fully meet our needs!

• User Acquisition: We had a much more accurate picture of our advertising spend and ROI.
• Lifecycle Marketing: We had a much better picture on performance and lift from our various efforts (email, push, in-app modules). These improvements not only helped us start scaling our campaigns further and more intelligently, but freed up valuable company resources so we could focus more on the tactics, instead of dealing with pulling and adjusting reporting

Excellent. They were highly organized and methodical. The overall process was iterative, with a series of demos for the design approvals, development reviews, etc.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed by their ability to deal with two complex systems and implement new components and multiple improvements on various fronts, which resulted in a significant improvement in our reporting.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing comes to mind. I am a person who usually prefers keeping projects in house as I have mixed experience in the past dealing with 3rd party consultants. Mighty Digital changed my viewpoint on this and I will definitely be using them in the future.

We had a pleasant experience working with this vendor before. So it was an obvious choice for us to continue working with them on this project as well.

The project was separated into three main stages: Design, Development, and Marketing. The Design was one of the most important since it ensured a proper UX for all customers and defined how the other stages would play out.

The team could fully redesign the website keeping the original intended look but radically modernizing it in terms of UX and functionality.

They are using state-of-the art tools. We connected via messaging tools and scheduled calls as needed. All steps were performed as planned and on time.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mighty Digital?

We hired Mighty Digital to build an analytics system with panels that could track registration, user flow, events, conversions, and problems with the product.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started with a meeting where we showed Mighty Digital the product that we have. They analyzed it and started digging for places where we could put trigger actions or events for users. The team recommended a course of action for us to connect a data system, and this involved a collaboration between them and our frontend developers. 

We developed Pibox with our own resources but Mighty Digital worked on the backend. One of our web guys implemented everything on the frontend. We created a separate database connected to the analytic system along with different dashboards that could help us with user retention.  The outcome was a Mixpanel system.

The team now builds other tools that we would need to add to our website. We have a lot of additional requests to make our system better, so we continue to work with them

We hired Mighty Digital because they knew how to work with innovative companies. The main value for us was that they had the experience and were offering us advice on what to do with our system. They’re more product-oriented, and I liked that they had ideas that I could understand.

We’ve invested almost $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our project started at the beginning of 2020. We’re still working with Mighty Digital.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were blind before Mighty Digital came in. We didn’t track or possess any data, but after the initial project, we’ve become more data-driven.

Mighty Digital’s work has had a high impact because now we have this system that can predict trends and add to our roadmap. We’ve always wanted to do more and now we have a tool in place that we can work with and further develop. 

How did Mighty Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

We use different solutions, but we mainly utilized Google sheets and Google docs to keep track of data that needed to be implemented. We received live feedback from Alexander from within Mixpanel. This system allowed us to get tasks to developers and back.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed by how they dove deep into the product. They tried to understand where the bottlenecks were and where we could dig for new data. I like that they used a bottom-to-top approach to see the bigger picture, but also stepped outside of the box to find solutions. 

Mighty Digital’s work saved us and gave us ideas on how to pivot our products. They gave insight that helped us to make the platform more social on the B2B aspect. It's something that has impacted product monetization because we can now make more data-driven decisions.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could bring in more people. I think they are working with some companies on an out-staffing model, but a larger team would be nicer. We need additional people to do more things with them. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Share everything about your company, vision, and strategy so that Mighty Digital can see the bigger picture. Give them more creative freedom as well as this will make for a better workflow.
