Development of creative executions/assets required by the approved media plan for our campaign along with the creation of in-branch/branded elements as identified below. * *Production is not included and will be estimated separately and submitted for approval. The list of creative assets required, as outlined in the approved media plan, include the following: 

• Video script development 
  • 2 versions of :30 spots 
  • 2 :15 cut downs (one cut down from each :30) 
• Digital Out of Home 
  • 2 creative versions 
  • build-out of 16 total mechanicals for release (inclusive of re-sizes for the following creative sizes as outlined in the media plan: 1920x1080, 1080x1920, 1400x400, 840x400, 1000x400, 1600x400, 1200x400, 600x600 
• Podcast script 
  • 2 versions of a :30 podcast script 
• Print 
  • Print creative concept for use in Entrepreneur Magazine 
• Social Media 
  • LinkedIn creative for both current residents of Florida as well as new transplants 
    • 6 images and 4 :15 video storyboards & edits for each target group (12 total images and 8 total videos) 
• Digital Assets:
  • 8 total banners at standard sizes 
    • 4 standard banner sizes with 2 messages for each size 
  • 2 Article break-in units, mobile scrollers, 970x250 
    • 2 different messages

  • 4 dedicated emails 
    • 4 emails around brand-specific topics related to small business The list of brand creative assets required, not specific to the media buy, include the following:

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our overall goals and KPIs were executed in a very timely manner and we surpassed our conversion goal by over 5%.
