We struggled for many years to develop our digital advertising results. After disappointing results from different agencies, we decided for some time to really scale back our investment in digital advertising channels. Eventually, we determined that we would have to take another look at these channels if we wanted to grow, but that we would also need an experienced and professional agency to manage this.

We hired Midsummer to take the lead on our Google, Bing, and LinkedIn advertising. They quickly understood that tracking and our use of analytics was lacking and took the lead on having a coherant digital marketing strategy.

We have stabilized our presence on our main keywords and defended the brand against our competitors. We've also seen interesting results from LinkedIn advertising to bring new leads to our sales team

They implemented a project management tool to help us keep all the concurrent projects organized. We're able to communicate efficiently using this platform.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have a real sense of the interconnectedness of everything we do online. They take a holistic approach and make sure that we spend money wisely. Rather than just plowing ahead and spending on ads, they make sure to have all the back-end measurement tools in place to be able to take a data-driven approach to their work.

I would say most of the issues were on our side in the beginning (poor tracking and lack of internal dev support to implement some tracking capabilities or to ensure they work correctly)

We defined together a roadmap for the following months, which were very intense and productive. First of all, they helped in improving our Google Analytics tracking and fixing the issues.

Then they defined the strategy and recommended budget for Instagram Ads and Google Ads. We initially started advertising our Spring-Summer Season collection on 4 countries in Europe, which was a great start. With the Fall-Winter collection launch, we expanded to more European countries and the US, and we hit the highest e-commerce revenue ever.

Finally, thanks to the Conversion Rate Optimization activities, we uncovered hidden barriers and missing information on our website, which are preventing our customers from buying from us.
