**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the Managing Director of Total Treecare Limited. We are based in Essex and provide treecare services to both commercial and domestic clients.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Method Digital Limited?

We wanted to explore social media platforms as a means of generating new business. We have previously tried other online marketing efforts such as SEO but were looking for something that would produce immediate results.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select Method Digital Limited and what were the deciding factors?

Method came highly recommended by a friend, they had helped him push their services during their peak season and I was hoping to do a similar thing. We did also reach out to two other local agencies but felt Method would be the best partner based on their experience.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We had an initial video call so we could explain what we were looking to promote. We were then invited into their office to run through a mood board and some initial concepts. We were impressed with their ideas and signed off on the adverts with minor amendments. The team then ran these adverts on both Instagram and Facebook.

How many resources from the Method Digital Limited team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I had frequent communication with Lewis from the offset. Once we had decided to utilise their services I also met Zoe, who was in charge of creating the visuals, and also Nicole who was managing the actual adverts.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The purpose of the project was to capitalise on the peak season we have during late spring through the summer. We expected to run the adverts through the whole of the summer season however by August we were booked up until the end of September so they achieved beyond our expectations.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was very effective. The team kept me updated throughout the process, there were quite a few times where I wasn’t always available during the day due to work commitments and they were accommodating to tack calls out of the traditional 9-5 working hours.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was particularly impressed with the speed and quality of the adverts. Once I gave the go ahead it all seemed to move really quickly which is exactly what I was looking for.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing springs to mind, everyone I dealt with was very approachable, the process was seamless and they have achieved results beyond our expectations.

### Social Media Services for Beverage Company
We were engaged by a large beverage company to promote a limited edition of bottle designs and also raise awareness around their company's Corporate Social Responsibility.
We achieved this by creating a series of graphics to utilise across multiple paid advertsising channels such as Instagram and Facebook. We also ran a separate remarketing campaign via Google to cover all bases.

We were tasked with increasing brand and product awareness through social platforms and Google campaigns.
Through innovative, forward thinking graphics pushed out across multiple social verticals we helped launch their 5G and broadband initiatives.
 


### Social Media Marketing for Tree Surgeon
Our client wanted to promote their service to capitalise on the peak season during the spring and summer months of the year.
We created a mutliple of visual assets including graphics and videos and pushed out adverts through both Facebook and Instagram.
The plan from the offset was to run the adverts from March through till September however by the end of the July the adverts generated enough custom to see our clients fully booked until October.


### Paid Advertising for Worldwide Fashion Brand
Our client wanted to drum up anticipation for a new product release. We achieved this by creating various teaser videos and graphics which ultimately prompted viewers to sign up to the clients mailist list.
We ran the promotion for 3 months prior to product launch and gained over 100k sign ups to the mailing list. Upon product release over 50% of audience gained purchased the product.
The mailing list has since been used by the client to promote products of a similar fashion.


### Fashion Drop for Women's Fashion Brand
Fast fashion is particularly relevant when marketing womens garments. Our client had their summer season product line come in and wanted to capitalise on the peak season of the market.
Through reviewing the products and the potential audiences across various platforms we were able to ascertain Instagram was where we would see most success.
We worked with the clients models to create videos and graphics showcasing the flagship garments. The uptake in interest and sales was quick with over 60% of the stock selling out in 3 weeks.


### B2B Marketing for Printing Company
Our client came to us as they wanted to bring their mrketing efforts into the modern era. They had traditonally relied on trade shows and magazine as the main avenues for drumming up new business but found this had slowed for the previous two years.
We discussed their service offering and also determined who their ideal customers were. It soon became evident that LinkedIn would be the bread and butter of the campaign however we also incorpated YouTube adverts through Google Adwords.
The client was pleasantly surprised by the enquiries generated from our marketing efforts, they were always dubious of social media as they thought this was geared much more towards consumer brands but have now incorporate a budget for social media marketing into their annual advertsing spend.


### Marketing for Healthcare Company
During the pandemic we were approached by the client to help distrubute a multitude of products to help combat the spread of COVID-19.
As the client had sufficient stock levels to target both B2C and B2B markets we pushed adverts across all social platforms to capitalise on each sector. This included Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and also YouTube.
A noteworthy success of the campaign was through built thorugh LinkedIn with a couple of corporate clients signing up to a subscription model that saw all of their offices in the UK stocked with virus eliminating products on a constant basis.

Our client already had a loyal customer base from their salon in London however they wanted to grow there following on both Instagram & Facebook and also push their products nationwide through their newly launched website.
We identified the buying personas and tailored adverts to appeal to this market and also set the audience accordingly throught the Facebook/Instagram advertsining platform. Two of the marketing plans we implemented was to offer a discount on upon following the respsective pages and also a referral discount which became valid upon the referee ordering their first product.
Both campaigns worked well however the referral scheme really was the star of the show and grew their customer base significantly.
