Yes, they delivered all projects on time and within budget. We had weekly meetings to review progress, but they also provided async updates via Slack/Figma throughout the week, as well as tracked everything on Notion for us to see.

We find their approach to working processes, design, and development very satisfying and that usually only top agencies can provide. Also, they deliver everything very fast.

They could've led us more in terms of best use cases and design systems since we are not professional as they are we might not make the best decision as the customer at all times.

We finished Phase 1 of the project which is a complete redesign and refresh of the UI. We are happy with the outcome and working on progressing to the next step which is engineering.

It was very good. The Merge team was very good in communication in spite of the time difference. The tools we used to collaborate worked very well between both teams.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed with the talent in Merge and their communication skills. They are on the ball and very proactive. Their staff is also very easy to work with and willing to work out contracts, timelines, and deliverables.

Project management is tough to nail down when you are remote. All in all it was good but we could probably improve on both sides.

The design work was great. The developer was less expert, but still good.

The fact that they do really a world-class design for a very reasonable cost is quite impressive.And the fact that all the aspects of the project, starting from UX Research and ending with website improvements we done very well.
