What stood out to me the most was how available they were — it never felt like we were waiting on them. On top of that, their grasp of the principles behind good UI/UX wasn’t just surface-level; they really understood the why behind each design choice, which made a big difference.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Merc could have done differently?

Honestly, they delivered exactly what we asked for, which was great. If anything, I think it would’ve been interesting to see them push us a bit more creatively or offer some out-of-the-box ideas. Not a critique at all — just a personal preference that could’ve added another layer to the collaboration.

The project was to do a a Brand Refresher exercise where existing Brand identify was required to be changed in line the strategy. The old branding was 10 years old had is deep rooted with internal & external customer. Key deliverables included : 

1. Redesigning of Brand Logo with refreshed guidelines. 
2. Re-aligning the Brand communication through the new logo.

The new logo (re-designed) was very well accepted by all the Stakeholders (clients, partners etc) Business saw a surge in digital engagement with the refreshed Brand Persona.

The put in good research work and presented good approaches to carry forward the transition. they did deliver the things on time, project overall however got a bit delayed due to continued iterations. they were supportive in nature and responded well to multiple requirement being pushed to them
