Website: Installing third-party apps, including colour swatches and searchability by implementing product grid with real-time tracking and reporting functionality, and customising features, consists of building a Sign Up/Sign in program to reward our Loyal customers with 10% discount if they purchase full-price items. Checkout extensibility was also implemented that helps enhancing customer browsing experience while meeting the standard practice for ecommerce benchmark.
B2B: Building a platform that allows wholesale clients purchase items in bulk by modifying the single quantity input on the product page to table order list. In addition, providing support and tutorials on how to use and import clients' details, as well as implementing a separate portal for segmented customers.
Shopify Stores: Building 2 stores, one for US and one for UK, that have a similar user interface compared to AU website. This helps the brand tap into these markets.
