The project consists of the design, implementation, configuration, and deployment of a customer-facing digital solution to meet the specific business, process, and integration requirements of the end customer. The work includes discovery and requirements alignment, UX and interface adaptation, configuration and custom development, testing, user acceptance support, deployment coordination, and post go-live stabilization.

We would have preferred to have them also implement the backend, but it was not possible at the time due to unavilability of teams.
