Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the owner of Remember Me Roofing, an exteriors renovation company specializing in roofing, siding, eavestrough, soffit, and fascia repair and installation.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Media Force initially helped me out with my website and marketing campaigns. Over the years, they’ve expanded their services to develop multiple other websites for me, improve my online presence, and oversee my social media marketing campaigns. Across all projects, I’ve provided web content but leaned on their expertise to improve these in order to better display our company culture. I’ve also relied on their team to plan out the campaigns.

The company website that Media Force built is AI-enabled. When a customer visits the site, it can determine their location, check whether they’ve visited the site in the past, or customize a landing page based on the weather outside.

What is the team composition?

I personally deal with 3–4 people from their team.

How did you come to work with Media Force Global Brands?

It was a long time ago, but I remember that I searched online and interviewed multiple companies.

How much have you invested with them?

Thus far, I’ve spent around $250,000 CAD (approximately $195,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

I first contacted Media Force eight years ago, around January 2014, and our partnership is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

When we were just starting out, we had zero traffic. Media Force has contributed largely not just to the growth in our traffic but also to the growth of our company. It’s hard to give numbers, but we’re now a competitive company in our industry and in the local Ottawa area. Their team has been with us the whole way.

How did Media Force Global Brands perform from a project management standpoint?

I would give them a score of 8/10 on this aspect. Our communications are generally done over the phone or via email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Diversification is a real strength of theirs. They’re able to handle all aspects of our marketing campaign, whereas other providers I’ve seen only focus on one specific aspect of it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t think so. I’m still with them, so they’re doing something right.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Media Force is a good choice. Give them an interview and at least consider working with them.
