Media Core did an outstanding job meeting with use pre-production to get a feeling for what exactly we were looking for. When it came time to produce the video, they were on time, and did a excelleng job! Our video had live hunt scenes, which required them to have a videographer meet us at a boat landing at 4:30am, and go out on a duck hunt with us.  Once production was done, they edited and got the video completed in a very timely turnaround time. Great service!

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It is to early to measure the success of this project by sales numbers, or phone calls. But, I have no doubts that the video will be will recieved.

Jacob was great to work with. So were the videographers.  They were on time, and went above and beyond to provide us with a great service!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed by how far they were willing to go to get the shots they needed. Noah met me at a boat landing at 4:30 in the morning, and went and sat in a duck blind all morning to get the hunting videos.  Media Core has great communication as well.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Media Core could have done differently?

I have no advice here. They nailed it.

• Receiving edited cuts of the videos to review in a timely manner.

The Media Core team is very organized, professional and respectful. I had one main point of contact but our communication was always copied to a team, and I was always responded to timely. Clear communication and expectations throughout the project. Our edited videos were delivered to us much earlier than expected.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their video editing and storytelling skills were some of the best we’d seen. The quality of their work is outstanding. The most impressive thing though was the team, the people behind the cameras. The Media Core team was so fun to work with, they made us feel comfortable (or at least as comfortable as possible in front of lights and cameras!) and they really cared about telling our story. Watching their behind the scene Vlog episodes was also a treat!

Not that I can think of!

These videos did a wonderful job displaying the experiences patients have at Northwest Dental Group and touched base on the legendary service we strive to provide to all of our patients.

We have used these 3 Testimonial videos not only for commercials on both KTTC and ABC6 News, but we have also used these videos as Youtube Ads. These videos have received 15,707 views within the last year just on Youtube alone, which is a huge milestone for us!

These Testimonials displayed exactly what to expect when you are a patient with Northwest Dental Group. Media Core did a great job at helping us turn a vision into reality through these superb videos. Northwest Dental Group assisted over 4,000 patients that were new to our practice in 2023!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their "modern" touch on video is what I found most impressive about Media Core, along with the fact that they are attentive to their clients needs, delivering high quality, informative content. They are a great company with outstanding company values, which makes it so easy and fun to work with them! Another impressive thing that we noticed while working with Media Core was their ability to "light up a room". They are always smiling and making the best out of each setting/environment they are working in.

Media Core did everything we expected them to do, and more!
