It may make sense to involve internal reviewers in the discussion of projects more actively, so that unclear points can be discussed directly and questions answered. Generally, enhance internal training/communication when large amount of annotators are involved. Extend their imaging providers/hospital of medical images to more regions/countries and with access to complex data.
