The key deliverables were a fully functioning Tally Cloud environment with high performance, strong security, and reliable data protection.

The project delivered several measurable outcomes that clearly demonstrated success. We achieved a significant improvement in accessibility, with our team experiencing a 60–70% increase in productivity due to secure remote access from any location. System dependency issues were eliminated, leading to a 100% reduction in local hardware-related downtime. Cloud optimization enabled faster Tally performance, reducing loading and processing times by nearly 40%. Additionally, automated daily backups ensured zero data loss, enhancing overall data security and reliability. The cloud platform maintained 99.9% uptime, giving our accounting operations a smooth and uninterrupted experience.

The most impressive thing about this company was their combination of technical expertise and excellent customer service. They handled the entire cloud setup with precision, communicated clearly at every stage, and responded to every request or question within minutes. Their ability to deliver a secure, optimized Tally Cloud environment on time, along with their strong focus on performance, security, and user support, truly made them unique compared to other providers.

Are there any areas for improvement or something MedalTally could have done differently?

There were no major issues, but one area of improvement could be offering more step-by-step onboarding materials to help first-time users understand all the features quickly. A few additional automation templates and configuration guides would also make the setup process even smoother. Apart from that, everything was handled very professionally.

The business required some re branding and new packaging accross all products and Medal Tally were the obvious choice.

I had worked with Anneke on a previous project and found her knowledge of branding, marketing and packaging to be excellent.
