Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We were looking for a partner to help design, build, and ship to us instore displays for a major NA retailer to promote our products, increase instore awareness, and encourage purchase. Displays were needed for 100+ locations and had to: (a) look great and attract attention, (b) be easy to assemble, and (c) withstand retail environment, i.e. finger print resistent, dust repelling, etc.

Through the course of the project, Medallion Retail delivered: 
(a) innovative, custom tailored designs that worked great for our use case.
(b) clear guidance on requirements and next steps.
(c) product samples for review and iteration.
(d) on-time manufacturing of final products.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Working with Chris, JP and Nick was an absolute pleassure. Chris coordinated intake and outlined the process. Once on board, he looped in JP (design) and Nick (operations) to discuss and handle technical requirements. 

The whole process was extremely collaborative. Everyone was open to new ideas, but more importantly JP & Nick came with their own suggestions many of which we ended up incorporating. I also appreciated how the entire team was solution oriented, which was key to our successful rollout.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The Medallion Retail team was nimble, quick to react, and very professional.  At the same time, everyone was geniunely approachable so that they felt like an extension of our team.

I am convinced by spending a bit more up front, we actually saved money by getting better products, more quickly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Medallion Retail could have done differently?

I cannot think of any.

I am the National Account Manager for a privately held CPG company.We have also developed a duo-technology coffee system that makes espresso and brewed coffee.

For what projects/services did your company hire Medallion Retail?

Because our Coffee System is unique in the marketplace, our message had to be very clear to the customer so they could understand the technology of the system and what it can do. Medallion communicated the messaging clearly on the in-store displays.

What were your goals for this project?

Educating the consumer on what our coffee system can do and ultimately making a sale.

My team at our HQ selected Medallion after getting a referral.

Describe the project in detail.

The project consisted of creating an end cap/ shelf display for the test stores selling our coffee system. Medallion took our messaging and communicated it throughout the display, using the system, cartons of our coffee SKUs to create a very attractive, eye catching and educational display.

What was the team composition?

Initially we met with the Project Manager, Creative Director and Production Director. The Project Manager was my day to day contact, but the rest of the team was looped in on all communication.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The display ended up going into all the test stores our system was being launched. Because we didn't have any brick and mortar stores selling the product without the display, it is impossible to gauge a correlated success of the display and sales.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their communication was fantastic. Attention to every small detail and expressing the timeline and task list in an easy to understand manner was most appreciated by our team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their creativity and professionalism was most impressive.

Our goal for this project was to bring joy and holiday spirit to a local crisis center's child residents.

Live Love Laugh is an ongoing annual charity event that provides interactive, immersive experiences for children in crisis from a local shelter in New York. The design team at Medallion expanded on the first year's design, evolving the space into a whimsical, lighthearted, non denominational space for the kids to forget about their troubles for a day.

What was the team composition?

Their design team was comprised of all of their members at different points in the project as they are a very hands on team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our success was measured on the participants enjoyment of the pop-up. CS Hudson was also honored with a silver award from ICSC for this project.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their team was dedicated to providing in depth updates on workflow which made the project more seamless and effective in it's execution.

I had several meetings with Medallion about what we were looking for. We provided pictures of our current fixture and spoke about what we were looking to accomplish.

We were able to arrive at a design for a fixture that met our needs and was within our budget. It was very easy to set up and it has been very easy for our customers to use.

The team was great to work with. We had very open communication and the entire team wanted to make sure that we got what we were looking for. We were given options and provided with all the necessary information to make informed decisions.
