I’m a software developer at a software development company. We have offices in different countries.

What challenge were you trying to address with MCORP?

I needed help with architectural and interior design for a home I’m planning to build.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

MCORP created the architectural and interior design. They helped me sign documents about the independent parts of the territory, join them together, and get new documents for that land.

Initially, they asked me general questions about what I wanted, the size of the house, my hobbies, and so on. They provided solutions and adjusted them based on the changes I wanted to make in the project. 

What is the team composition?

We worked with around seven people; some specialized in architecture, interior, or shop design. Also, they collaborated with people from other companies for some details, such as the windows, drainage, and smart home solutions.

How did you come to work with MCORP?

I searched for a company on the internet. I compared their portfolio with other companies — theirs was much better looking than others, so I decided to try them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent approximately $12,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from November 2020–July 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m pretty satisfied with the result. I liked all the solutions they provided and what we got in general. I planned to start building the house in spring, but I unfortunately couldn’t do it due to the Russian Invasion of Ukraine.

Moreover, it was a pleasure to work with them. They were pretty open and friendly.

How did MCORP perform from a project management standpoint?

We tried to move as much as possible to online messaging through Telegram. However, we couldn’t avoid online meetings. Also, we met once or twice in their office.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We asked them to create a budget for a small home, and they managed to put many of the elements we wanted inside the house. I never imagined it could fit that many rooms and also be beautiful. Overall, they understood what we wanted and were very smart.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only thing that I was partially disappointed with was their time management. It took a bit longer than expected.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I don’t have any specific advice; I just liked collaborating with MCORP.

I needed MCORP to help with the architectural plans for my house.

What was the scope of their involvement?

MCORP has assisted me with interior design and architecture for my house. They provided me with design plans and documentation, and I approved them. Then, they began building the house, which they’re still working on.

What is the team composition?

I work with 4–5 people on the MCORP team. 

How did you come to work with MCORP?

MCORP came recommended to me through my brother and another friend. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested roughly $500,000 in the partnership with MCORP. 

What is the status of this engagement?

MCORP started the project in December 2020, and the partnership is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

MCORP is a small company, but they’re great and I’ve loved working with them. If I need to build another house, MCORP will be my first call. 

How did MCORP perform from a project management standpoint?

MCORP has communicated effectively and managed the project well. We’ve had some delays due to complicated circumstances in our country, but they picked the project back up as soon as it was possible to do so. We typically meet in person but we switch to phone calls when needed.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve been impressed with their ability to anticipate my needs. Oftentimes, I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, but MCORP knew and they delivered it. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have nothing MCORP could improve on. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice would be to hire MCORP.
