We had a key client that required services outside of our wheelhouse. 

This client is an international organization with the US as a key market. We were tasked with developing a plan to help drive awareness of our client's solutions and generate leads. 

The more I spoke to their team, the more it became clear that a more hollistic process needed to play out.

I strongly recommended to the client that getting McDill looped in was essential.

The result of the process was McDill helping lead a brand refresh, develop a new website and develop an overarching digital go-to-market strategy.

McDill integrated our agency along every step of the way and the result was McDill helming the engagement, driving it forward, and positioning our collective teams for success.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Every measurable digital KPI increased. Paid and organic leads. Web sessions. Time on site. 

But more importantly, the business impact to our client was huge. Increases in web traffic that don't translate to real world success don't matter.

McDill's strategy they formulated, informed by their process, directly led to a correlated, incremental impact in sales growth and high numbers of qualified, high-quality sales leads for the territorial sales reps.

No one does project management better than McDill. Period. Not even us, and we're really darn good at it.

As far as I'm concerned, McDill is the gold standard for project management. Not just for agencies. But for any type of professional service business.

The level of professionalism. The account services team's attention to detail. Just how serious everyone takes their job, but the team at McDill has zero ego. It's extremely difficult to find that combination of elite customer focus paired with practitioners who can follow through. McDill delivers.

It sounds like a cop out, but I really can't think of areas to improve or do anything differently. Again, McDill is the gold standard.

McDill was in charge of bringing an established brand's website into the current era with a fresh design, smart UX, copywriting, full development and more. They project managed and led all pieces of this very successful project.

Improvements across the board, but mainly in the areas of increased organic traffic and increased leads. But the largest positive outcome so far has been in qualified leads.

Our partnership allowed us to annually execute over 200 skus for a global multi brand portfolio. Across Miller Lite, Miller High Life, Coors Light, Coors Banquet and innovations; they ensured we consistently implemented a cohesive design system across every sku; including typography, color palette, iconography, and imagery across all packaging components from bottle labels, bottle cap, cans, pints, secondary paperboard cartons and corrugate shippers.

McDill was hired as a partner to complete a full-scale refresh of a major HVAC brand website. The scope of the project stretched from SEO content optimization through creative design and UX structure(s), all the way to comprehensive tracking and metrics dashboard creation.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All identified metric goals/targets were met or exceeded after the completion of our project, as well as a massive increase in our targeted keywords ranking higher in search engine results. Due to McDill's excellent work, we increased our annual budget spend with them by 180% and increased the variety of digital projects we engaged with them on.

The organization and project management provided by McDill was outstanding! The project was separated into a sprint-style waterfall process in which the McDill team successfully met all assigned timelines. They kept the project not only on target from a timing perspective but also within budget which was attributed to their attention to detail and excellent communication from the start to the completion of the project.
