The scope of work focused on building a fully functional Launchpad platform for our BlockDAG blockchain ecosystem. Maticz was responsible for developing the core application, integrating it with our blockchain infrastructure, and enabling end-to-end token launch capabilities.

Key deliverables included:

A complete Launchpad platform supporting token creation, presale setup, and investor participation.
Full blockchain integration to ensure smooth interaction with the BlockDAG network.
Administrative tools for managing token sales and tracking user activity.
Wallet connection flows and transaction handling.
Testing support, bug fixing, and preparing the platform for internal deployment and demo.
The delivered solution is now ready to be transitioned to our internal servers for further testing and scaling.

One area for improvement would be to provide more complete technical documentation and deployment materials earlier in the process. This would make it easier for internal teams to take over and scale the solution after delivery.

Communication throughout via Skype, we also had calls via WhatsApp and Skype when needed.

The attitude of the entire team was brilliant, always there to help with any problems. They were always there to answer a question even outside of office hours.

Perhaps a collaboration tool such as Trello or Google Sheets to manage the deliverables but it worked fine.
