I’m the manager of a locksmith company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mathews'​ HR & Safety Consulting Services?

We needed their assistance in our onboarding process.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Prior to the onboarding process, Michele (Owner) has initiated a discussion with me to thoroughly flesh out my onboarding needs and the qualifications I need for each position. We’ve come up with a list of requirements and worked on compiling my rules into a single handbook, which will be beneficial every time we launch recruitment efforts.

We work with government agencies, so we’ve specifically told Mathews'​ HR & Safety Consulting Services to select candidates who’ll pass multiple rounds of background checks. Our tasks also involve bulks of mechanical work, and we need resources who can lift and move heavy equipment.

Michele has conducted the applicant screening and collected the necessary information and documents for each candidate. We’ve selected resources based on our handbook guidelines and informed her of our candidates of choice once we’ve finalized our list.
