Please describe your company and your position there.

My company develops products aimed at the LGBTQIA+ target and connects other companies with this community.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mastery Design?

Mastery developed my personal branding, mairareis.com, and consequently my logo.

What were your goals for this project?

Develop a personal brand that would bring my personal challenges: someone who is encouraging people to change around them.

SOLUTION

How did you select Mastery Design?

The company is well known in Brazil for its incredible UX projects and branding for companies and people. In addition, I saw his websites and thought it was fabulous what they had already developed for other clients. So I had no choice but to choose her.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

I am the founder of camaleao.co and mairareis.com, both companies focused on the LGBTQIA + community and who educate companies to not only hire this audience, but also insert them into them, based on the best practices of diversity and corporate inclusion.

What was the team composition?

With Mastery or my companies. With my companies, I am a founder and I manage them. With Mastery, I am their customer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The result you can see on my website http://mairareis.com where you already have a logo at the top of the website and also on my link, on the cover of my LinkedIn, which is the concept of the project and the result of my personal branding.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Fabulos. Amazing.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The idea behind the whole project and how they managed to really connect my essence with my personal brand.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Our relationship with them was incredible and we are satisfied with the service and the result of the contracted work.

I’m a lawyer in Brazil, and I’m still building my firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mastery Design?

It’s important for my business to post regular content on social media and send portfolios to clients and other companies, and to do it in a professional way.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Mastery Design is creating content for my Facebook and Instagram profiles. They have frequent meetings with me to gather my requirements.

What is the team composition?

I’m working with Alexandre (Co-Founder & Creative Director) and Murillo (Co-Founder & Commercial Director).

How did you come to work with Mastery Design?

I’ve known Alexandre for 10 years, and I always liked his cartoons and designs. I saw a lot of the jobs he did after he started Mastery and liked the quality and professionalism of his work. They were also very attentive to me during our initial calls.

What is the status of this engagement?

I started working with Mastery in June or July 2020, and the work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Mastery Design’s work has had a positive impact on my practice. They’re helping set my business apart from others, and I’m getting more clients. They meet all the requirements I set out for them and the work is high-quality.

How did Mastery Design perform from a project management standpoint?

Our offices are 200 kilometers apart so the collaboration is strictly remote. We use Google Meet and WhatsApp for communication. They meet the deadlines they set.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re two honest, amazing people, and they’re detail-oriented. They’re always getting better, but the work they’re doing right now is perfect for me.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Improvement is always important, but I can’t think of anything specific for them.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

In my case, I gave them all the details for the work I needed in the beginning. If clients do the same, I’m sure they’ll get the results they want.
