We enlisted MasterCRM to tackle a critical issue in our Creatio instance: approximately 500,000 processes were stuck in a "running" state, significantly hindering our operations:

• Scope of Work and Key Deliverables: 
  • Resolution of Stuck Processes: MasterCRM conducted a thorough analysis, collaborated with Creatio’s internal team, and successfully terminated the stuck processes, improving our system’s functionality. 
  • Optimization of Existing Processes: They reviewed and reorganized our existing processes into groups, making it much easier for our team to find necessary information and enhancing our overall efficiency.

• Resolution of Stuck Processes: Successfully terminating approximately 500,000 processes that were stuck in a "running" state, which directly restored functionality to the system. 
• Improved System Efficiency: The reorganization and grouping of existing processes resulted in a more intuitive system, making information easier to find and enhancing the efficiency of the team’s operations. 
• Reduced Downtime: By addressing the issue promptly and effectively, the downtime and disruptions caused by the stuck processes were minimized, contributing to smoother, more reliable operations.

MasterCRM did a great job managing our project. They always kept us in the loop and made sure we knew what was going on: 

• Clear Communication: They were straight up about how long things would take, and they always let us know what was happening. 
• Handling Challenges: We ran into some issues because of Creatio's internal processes, and it took a bit longer to get things done. But MasterCRM didn’t charge us any extra and they let us know about the delay right away.

• Transparency: They were consistently upfront about timelines and potential roadblocks, establishing a strong foundation of trust between us.

• E-Signing the Agreement: We faced some challenges during the process of e-signing the agreement. Streamlining this step to ensure a smoother, more user-friendly experience would be beneficial for future collaborations. 
• Deeper Engagement with Our Processes: While MasterCRM did a great job at addressing the tasks at hand, I believe there was an opportunity for them to delve deeper into understanding and optimizing our processes. A more proactive approach in this area could have led to additional improvements and enhanced efficiencies within our operations. But diving deeper could lead to more time investments so I can truly say that we received the best value for money

The number of lost leads decreased. Reduced employee errors in the process of providing services to our clients due to the automation of some processes and a high level of control. Service delivery time has been reduced.

They went thoroughly through everything in our organization to understand our needs and to build what we need. They were with us all along the journey, they took their time to understand what we have in mind and patiently explain what it will be best for us according to our vision as of what the CRM will do for us and look like.

They created channels of communications to ensure they handle and take care of all our questions, ideas and plans. They ensured we were properly trained and made extra time to also ensure that our admins are able to handle the system and create or add new things and how to create charts in the CRM by ourselves.

I worked with many CRMs in the past, I believe, it was a very hard job for them to create this system for us as our vision of the system was very unique in the way we work, we don't sell products, in a way we were trying to reflect our events in the system.

Defiantly being able to reflect, lets call it the back-end of the events, it was a huge success. Being able to have a Pivot table to be able to measure what each user/agent is doing in a daily basis is also great. We can track everything, which, not only makes it easier to track sales, jobs, etc but also it greatly help during our internal business meetings.

There wasn't any delays, they were on top of things all the time and in constant communication with us. If there was any delays it was because of us changing things and adding things to the system. We were impressed with their patience and the level of their professionalism; they spent alot of time making sure is all clear and we get exactly what we need

Their level of professionalism and patience is impressive. They ensured that every single detail was clear to us and to themselves as well to be able to understand our needs and what we wanted. As I said before, worked with many CRMs before, never worked with such a friendly people building what we needed

I don't think so, they were putting thoroughly attention to everything and found ways to help us explain them what we need. They were professional and respectful all the time. Now this days, whatever service you get it feels like they are rushing you all the time, even in restaurants, this was better than a VIP service, we have no complains they are always in there for us.
