Marknology was essential in helping us naviagte and be a successful retailer on Amazon. They setup our storefronts for French Home and La Rochere. Advised on promotions and sales strategy. Helped us optimize our product listings incorporating SEO and A+ Content. They also created our A+ Content. They setup our new items when they needed to be launched, made sure they were variated, and assisted in troubleshooting. Set our Amazon-Canada platform up for us. They also did a lot of trouble shooting and help with Amazon's consistent changes and resolving any issues that would arise. Sales and promotions strategy in terms of the best way to participate in Amazon's offerings from Prime Day to Lighting Deals and allowed us to find the best and most effective approach for our business. Additionally, we rely on them for advertising on Amazon and providing more detailed and accurate reporting on the account. Marknology is a fantastic resource for all things Amazon. They transformed the way we operate on the platform and has helped us become incredibly successful.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Marknology has helped us grow our Amazon business while maintaining a solid TACoS (total advertising cost of sales). We’ve started from zero revenue and continued growing while maintaining profitability. Even after we entered Amazon’s top 100 products for several SKUs, we’ve continued growing over 15% month-over-month (MoM) for the last eight months. Four SKUs have reached the top 100 and maintained that positioning. Our average TACoS percentage is 15%.

How did Marknology perform from a project management standpoint?

This is a technology partnership, not a paid agency engagement. Seller Labs provides the Amazon data platform and AI tooling (our MCP server connecting AI assistants to Amazon Seller Central data) that Marknology uses across its client accounts. Marknology's role on our side has been real-world use and rigorous testing: running audits on live client accounts, reporting data issues with precise reproductions, and grading new versions of our tools against their own audit work. Their feedback directly shaped fixes and releases in our product.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

From our side as their technology provider: in their first weeks on our platform, Marknology sent four well-documented data issue reports in about a week, each with a clean reproduction. Those reports led to fixes across 11 client marketplace venues and uncovered a real bug on our side. They also graded our AI audit tool against their own audit work and proposed six specific changes, all of which shipped in our next release. That same rigor is what their clients get on their own accounts.

Very responsive and organized. When we shipped a new version of our audit tool, Drew had it tested against a live client account and sent back structured findings within a day. Every issue he raises comes with the specifics needed to act on it: account, marketplace, what he expected, and what he saw. He closes the loop on his side too, confirming fixes and following up on what remains.

His team runs client accounts on AI-driven tooling, and when a client's data looks off, they catch it early, trace it to the root cause, and push until it's fixed, often before the client would ever notice. That means decisions on your account are made on data you can trust. Drew also really values relationships and connections, and he is a great partner to work with.

• We found Marknology after reviewing a number of Amazon specific agencies in late 2021. We needed a full service agency to help us move our Amazon business from an Amazon accelerator to bring the business back in house. At the time we only had one person in the company focused on Amazon. Having a company who knew all aspects of Amazon, who could also help us make operational decisions, was essential to our success. Marknology was the type of full-service agency we needed at the time.
• It was essential to find a company that could handle listing creation and management, day to day Amazon account management, and run a full range of Amazon ad campaigns. An appealing aspect of the company is their experience in operating an actual Amazon fulfillment operation. Their pricing was attractive compared to other Amazon agencies we explored.
• As our business has expanded and grown in revenue, Marknology was able to support us and help us in our strategic planning. We added more people internally to be able to support our marketplace channel. Marknology has adapted to our changing needs for them as a partner. Marknology uses project management tools that have allowed us to interact with their team on a daily basis. We know what their team is working on, and the status of Amazon cases and interactions they have with Amazon support on our behalf.
• There has been some transition in a few of the team members we work with during the time we have worked with Marknology. Our key account manager and assistance have been on the account for the long-term. They know our products and unique aspects of our account. Marknology has been essential in helping us navigate a number of tough product transitions and compliance issues. Their years of experience in working Amazon cases has save our team many hours in working with issues in Seller Central.

• We often need to have them focus on a suppressed product or similar situation. They area able to adjust their priorities to make sure these are addressed in a timely fashion.

• Our brand team is very particular in the brand voice and how our products are represented. We have made some adjustment on what their team works on and what our internal team is responsible for what it comes to wording of product content. This is more an adjustment to find efficiency on product launch and listing optimization as the two teams have learn how best to work together.
