The tournament set ticket sale program online 4 months prior to the event on webpage and onsite 2 weeks prior to the event (usually online sale reached cca 40% in total ticket sales). The goal for 2023 was to increase ticket sales online through advertising (FB + INS), with focus on daily ticket sale. The result was delivered (online ticket sales were around 80%), and the overall ticket sale was increased, with the best results on daily tickets. The right direction on advertising the ticket sale was seen when the tickets for the semi-final and final match (with highest price) were sold out earlier than usual (several tickets sold already 2 months prior to the event). The overall results were highly appreciated, generating income on tickets that were usually not sold, and reaching planned ticket sale results early on.

Increased number of tickets sold, increased income, increased average number of tickets per day sold, webpage visitors

The team had very effective planning through online meetings every 2 weeks, engaging promptly on daily questions & issues with instant messaging and e-mail. They were very well-organized prior the event to deliver all tasks during the event itself. It was very important not to miss any of the tournament obligations for sponsors on SM and to cover daily tournament program and they succeeded in it (creating content and following advertising cca 10h a day for 2 weeks). Overall, very active and focused, with highly organizing and responsible attitude.
